Great app and great customer service! Highly recommend. I recently changed my theme and they just had to make an adjustment to make the preorder button show on the new theme. They were very responsive and did it very quickly. Thank you!

I am currently using the app to sell pre-orders at a discount. At first, I had issue getting the discounts applied to multiple quantities. It would only apply to one order. So I reached out to customer service, and in the matter of 12 hours they had it fixed and running smoothly. The support team even went into my store and adjusted the settings to make my store run smoother. I can't recommend them enough!

This was kind of hard to set up om a phone but i got the hang of it ❤ i will be using this app in the long run for sure. It helps a lot with getting started for a beginner like myself. so thank you for this app and im sure everyone who uses this app cab afree with me on this perfect pre order app

Exactly what I needed! I have so much custom code on my site (including custom add to cart buttons), that I was concern whether this would look wonky, but it looks absolutely perfect without needing to get our developer involved. The support team was available right away to answer some set up questions I had. Highly recommend. __________________________________________ Adding an update since we've now been using the app for a few months. This has been a game changer for us, and I'm so so glad I installed it. With all the supply chain issues we've been dealing with, it allows us to continue to sell backordered items and avoid losing out on sales when we go out of stock. I had an issue today that required the team at Website On-Demand to do a custom adjustment to my theme so that we could get the pre-order button displayed in our collection pages, and they got it done within a few minutes. I am so impressed, I wish my web developer was this quick haha.

Plugin adds great functionality to the site and turns a typical "SOLD OUT" into an interesting opportunity for customers. The problem comes from when they put out an update. This happens every few months, and when it does, all of my settings vanish. The site starts making all orders look like pre-orders. The Pre-Order banners on my item images disappear. I have to do all of my initial setup all over again. This is beyond frustrating. I can't babysit my website like this and by the time that I catch it when this happens, it's already caused a problem with a customer. Seems like something that could be fixed easily. Would be great if I were notified about an update before it took effect and gave me the option of doing it or not, or at least sent out an email about it, or at the very least, DON'T CHANGE MY SETTINGS.
Hello there, You are correct, that's frustrating. However, without further details (e.g., exactly when did it happen? did you change/update your theme? etc) we can't accurately pinpoint the issue. On top of that, we haven't had any HUGE update to date, only on the 16th of March which was the Pricing plan update. Please contact [email protected] and we can schedule a call. I was worried about offering pre-orders and not being able to manage the hundreds of items I was planning on selling by this method. This app was super easy to set up, had a lot of customization options, and allows you to preorder by tagging products so that you can have different preorder settings for different products. Just a super easy, fantastic app that took a lot of the headache out of adding preorders to my store.
