I Installed the app twenty minutes ago and I already have some preorders. Great app 100% recommended.

Being using this App on another store for just over a year and it's great. Allows us to release products to market sooner and keep customers informed.

Its pretty easy to use this app... I quite like it. But some functions are restricted unless you subscribe to it. Hope to understand the app better before I start subscribing. N the support team, especially Robert Lim, has been very helpful and prompt in his actions. Thanks! After using it for 4 years since 2020, I recently encountered some hiccups due to my Shopify change of theme. And when I contacted Pre-Order, James came to the rscue quickly & resolved my problems! Bravo to Website On Demand LLC for having a great customer service in James!

I installed and tried every single preorder app on Shopify's app store and this one is the best. The App is amazing, it has all the features and customer service is the best. The other apps didn't work and their customer service was absolutely terrible. Apparently I have a tricky or new theme "Atlantic" and none of the services worked out of the box with it. Pre-order now also had several tricky issues but they were quick to resolve it and customized it to work with my theme. They solved every issue and even one I didn't even mention yet. Boom done, perfect. Meanwhile every other apps customer service was like ummm here's a useless link to waste your time, oh that didn't work umm uggg, choke.... Thank you Pre-oder Now for saving my business launch.

Works great! Communicates ship dates to our customers clearly. I recommend using this app if you have gaps in between shipments.

I used this app to do preorders, it had a clear video on how to use it which was most important step!

This app was a life saver app for me. I needed 3 kind of selling techniques so 3 categories for my products: Category #1 only for a certain period of time (seasonal collection), Category #2: products that can go out of stock (current collection) and Category #3 for a launch of a new product. I wasn't sure how to set up these as efficiently as possible so I contacted the support and Robert explained everything step by step. It saved me so much time and not to mention the increase of revenue I will get from allowing customers to still order out of stock products by the time I receive my new inventory. The app is very intuitive and I contacted the support only because I didn't want to waste any time and ask what was the best way to set up my 3 categories as quickly as possible. The answer was super fast. I bought another app form this company "Wholesale Now" and same thing, excellent app, very intuitive and the support is amazing. Yes the app might be a bit more pricey but "my peace of mind" is priceless and this is what I have with these 2 apps.

Works as advertised! Great app to pre-launch your first product! I used it to pre-launch my DaVinci Resolve course, and it worked like a charm!

Horrible experience. I had initiated a back order sale on my website with this app. The app automatically applied the XS size for my customers order even when the customer was trying to check out with a different size. I had over 800 orders and 200 emails from customers with issues. Who knows how many customers didn't end up emailing me , but still had an issue with their order. An absolute nightmare and not worth the trouble.

I tried this app first but it wasn't working properly in my theme. So, I tried a couple other similar applications and found them to be severely lacking in comparison, so i decided to give pre-order another shot. I emailed the pre-order support team and they gave me the support i needed to solve my issue, and now it works really well.
