I used this to do a pre order on custom masks. I only didn't like the banner options... only the green circle worked.. the banner and box didn't work on my product... everything else was easy

Easy to install and incorporate into our storefront, reasonable pricing. I love the pre-order discount feature, which can be applied through item tags, allowing me to run custom pre-order campaigns for different collections. We had a small hiccup causing some of the prices to appear incorrectly, but the customer service team jumped on it and figured out a fix in just a couple of days.

Best preorder app out there. This is the only one I found with settings for a mixed cart message (preorder + in stock) which is nice as we do not ship all until the preorder arrives. This is one of the most needed features for a preorder app and they have it! I had a small issue with my layout and the support had me up and fixed in about an hour during the normal 9-5 business hours. Definitely worth the money if you do any preorders. 10/10
Howdy! Sean here, the Customer Success Manager for Pre Order Now. Thanks for the review and for reaching out. I'm so sorry that the app didn't work "out of the box" perfectly for the Debut theme. It normally does, yours might have some coding that was tweaked by another app or another developer, and sometimes that coding can conflict with the way that our app performs those functions. I know it really sucks that the button is just missing on some products - we don't want that at all and I understand your frustration. Looks like our support guru, Amir (in the Philippines - he's our very best!), is helping you get this fixed up right away as I speak... and if he can't get it right, our dev guy will tackle it when he is back in here in the next 6-12 hours... I am working with both of them to make double-sure we put your ticket issue as the highest priority today. Hope to have this fixed and working properly right away for you! If we can get it resolved asap, perhaps you'll reconsider this review? Anything less than 5 stars is not what we are aiming for, and definitely hurts our ranking on the app store. This app made a lot of mistake, customers were getting the wrong sizes in their cart. This was a nightmare ot fix.

Please understand that when an app like ours is malfunctioning, it is 90% of the time because some kind of code on your unique theme is conflicting with how our app works. We CAN FIX that. We do need collaborator access to your store to fix it though, because we need to dig deeper into the code on your store's theme to fix whatever is causing the issue. We were losing sales by not being able to keep our inventory available for all of our variants, but having the ability to capture sales and put them aside on backorder for fulfillment at a later date means that we're not losing out as we continue to keep up with demand (a good problem to have). Ideally, we'll never have backorders but it's nice to have it as a fallback option if it comes to it. Customers are aware of the item on backorder so there is little to no need to reach out to them with emails of unfortunate news.

So far so good! Wish there was live support. Since I'm in Hawaii it's harder to get issue, questions answered. Will come back in a week to leave a more elaborate review after our preorder sale is complete. One challenge so far - shipping out orders. It's confusing filtering out preorder and normal order during the shipping process.

5-stars from me! Really helpful support staff, and saves a ton of time to set expectations on the store throughout the checkout process, from the homage, to product page, and lastly through the cart and post-sale, for products that are not in stock. My only criticism would be to expand the pricing to allow more than 5 & 10 products on the lower tiers.. this seems a bit rudimentary as the additional tiers do not offer significantly more value, simply the number of products you can use for the app. Otherwise, a great purchase.

BEWARE!!!! This app does not connect properly with shopify. We set up the pre-order button and it appeared to be fine for several days before the Pre-Order button disappeared and changed to "Add to Cart" making it appear that the product was in stock (since the app requires you to set the product to "continue selling when out of stock). Over 100 orders were placed before we noticed this and they offered NO solution to communicate with the customers that were not aware the item was backordered!!!! No help whatsoever! BEWARE of this app. It will not notify you if there is a glitch and upset A LOT of our customers. This is very damaging to our brand and we would NOT recommend this app.

Avoid the app, we trialled it for 3 days. Automatically changed our sizings when customers chose a different size. People orders XXXL and it was changing it to S. Seen a few reviews which are the same. Cost us quite a bit over the past 3 days. Avoid. Plenty of returns now have to be made

I needed a 'Pre-Order' app to allow customers to buy items which were in transit to my shop. I liked how their other apps worked, and gave this new app a try. I like the interface and ease of setup. Had a small problem with a new feature during early adoption which was fixed promptly. The only improvement I would like is a phone number or chat for support, other than email.
