This app helps let my customers know that they're ordering something that might be arriving at a future date, but would still like to purchase it. Their customer support was quick to help me out with making sure it integrated with my theme. Thank you!

This is by far the most comprehensive pre order app I tested pre launch. The support was amazing and these guys really did take an interest in my project and my needs - including my future ones which they will keep me updated on. They were prompt with their replies to my questions and open to feedback to help make their product work for me. True partners thanks team! *UPDATED* Some 9 months on and the guys are responsive as ever whenever I have an issue (which is rare!) and always make sure I'm satisfied with the service. Thanks again guys :) *UPDATED* Josh was amazing with his response time and going the extra mile to help get the Back in Stock Notify function working with our theme. Outstanding work thanks Pre Order Now!

Seems like set up is fairly easy. Have not finalized on page yet. Still working on installation set up. I have one variant to do presale and is seemly easy to set up.

So far I haven't experienced anything bad with the app. It enables us to take the cap off our sales and take in as many orders as possible. Only downside is that it doesn't integrate well with certain themes. We use the "Venture" theme and if customers order the product on the home page, they won't be aware that their product is on pre-order when checking out. Also waiting for integration with other sales channels. If customers order from Instagram or Amazon they won't be aware their product is on pre-order and have to manually email each individual customer.

Very useful app and does exactly as in the description. Robert was very responsive in solving a small bug for us. Highly recommend.

Great app! Easy to use, has all the features I need for items on pre order. I also like that it sends an email to customers when they purchase and item on preorder and one that is not, letting them know it will all be shipped together.

App worked great for a while, after they made some updates we started having issues where some products in stock would show as out of stock with the pre-order buttons. After they made some changes, it seems like one of the settings made all of our out of stock products available for pre-order which caused us to have orders for discontinued products or products we could not get anymore. After that I used AI to build a pre-order tag within our own code.

This app is excellent and the customer service is extremely fast. They quickly answered all of my questions. The app also included every feature that I needed for my website.

I have contacted you without getting help. I haver used the from and nobody got back to me. The issues was that when you alternate between color some available some preorder eventually the button would only show pre-order even for in stock products. Now I deleted the app, and some of the code remained. How can I fully remove all the code? Batch and preorder button still show up.

Excellent app. Fairly easy to setup and customize. Being able to select individual products to activate while leaving all other products unaffected is the best feature, especially when drop shipping.

Super easy to use and works great! No weird coding needed, the installation was seamless and the preorder buttons set upas well. Great app!

The app is great (when it works) - I used it with no problems for about a month and then it suddenly stopped working with my theme. Unfortunately they couldn't fix it - but they tried, and communication was good. They were helpful but I ended up unistalling it as it was causing issues. Which is a shame as a it did everything I wanted it to do to easily manage pre-orders.

Great app for pre-orders. Works throughout the site and allows customer notifications throughout the process. The support team was quick and helped me quickly with my questions.
