Great app for making pre-order items clear on our website. Excellent response to queries and helping with making custom changes to suit our theme.

Great plugin but even better customer support! Had a major issue from switching themes that was causing a conflict. Their support team was able to identify the issue and resolve it within the same day. A+++

Did not work with Turbo theme from out of the sandbox. App developer blamed theme. Theme developer said its app developers responsibility to make sure it works with the theme.
We're sorry to hear the theme developer has passed the buck on this, but we're also disappointed that you've decided to leave a 2-star review. Our support staff expended considerable time tracking down the exact location and cause of the error in your theme and even explained the needed fix.

I researched numerous pr-order apps, this one appeared to check all of my boxes. It's been very easy to set up. I will give a five-star review now. If for some reason I run into problems I'll make like Arnold and be back to leave an updated review.

Had a brief simple issue with setting this up. They were very responsive to correcting the simple issue and the program works great.

THIS APP IS BROKEN, We have tried several times and the support can help us. doesn't not sync,No help
The app is NOT broken. The "sync" you mentioned, as clearly written in the app, was just the setup progress bar :) You had completed 60% of our recommended setup process... As for help, our support reached out to you in under one business day, and you had already uninstalled. Best wishes for your shop.

Like the app, but it doesn't seem to find a result for my search half the time. I have another window open and see the exact title of the item I am looking for. Search with sku, partial sku, and text, all to no avail.

We are launching a million + dollar Pre-Order campaign, and we're looking for an app to ensure our customers were clear on delivery dates + had an amazing customer journey. This app is GREAT! We did need some support integrating it with our theme — the Website on Demand team was beyond helpful. There response time was super quick, and they had us up and running within hours! FIVE STARS.

I like how I was able to add a personalized touch to my banners. Instructions were easy to follow and the tutorial video was a big help.

I used this app so that my customers can see clearer and more distinctly that it is a pre-order and it worked wonders, and just by simply tagging my products, I was able to edit and customize the function to my preference and add it to my website store!

This app did exactly what I wanted it to do when I was waiting for my main product to arrive back in stock. Customers were still able to place their order knowing that they were placing a pre-order and knew exactly the time frame to expect this product to be shipped. Highly recommend this app if you are waiting on stock and need your customers to be fully informed.
