the basic functionality of this app should be: 1 click and a product is set to reorder 1 click and its normal add to cart I've spent hours in the chat to first get products to show up for preorder and then I have now spent hours to try to make products normally available again. i am now going to uninstall the app hoping that my products can be normally purchased again

After 5 years as a loyal subscriber on one of our stores this app has completely changed their pricing model to be biased against Shopify Plus stores. We have been a subscriber for $29 a month, but when we wanted to add this app to all of our other stores we discovered pricing has now changed to $99/mo. When we reached out to them they offered the additional stores for $59/mo and refused to match the existing price citing a pathetic excuse of overhead costs. It's a software app.... where we are self service. It does not cost anything extra to have an extra subscriber to a software. $99/mo is an overcharge of an app for our secondary lower performing sites and it's infuriating when apps think that just because a site is Shopify Plus store that they should base their pricing on this. Pricing should be based on usage not based on which Shopify plan we have. We have since switched to one of the other pre-order apps in protest to this new pricing model. It's unfortunate they chose $0 revenues instead of supporting an existing loyal customer of 5 years that was simply looking to spend more.
Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. I understand you do not see the value for your new store at our current price point. That is certainly a concern for us, and something we want to address as an organization. good app :) - you should be able to select one product and click to add all sizes to preorder instead of having to go into each size though! and sometimes there is issues with using this app while running promotional codes and the codes not working with the app
