I have been using this app for 4 years now. In the past, when AMAI was smaller I was able to get support immediately and speak directly with a developer that was able to solve issues immediately. However, now I am in the process of transitioning my shop to a new theme and am having a bit of trouble with this app in doing so. This time around there is a "Customer Support" team that is absolute rubbish. They know nothing about the app or products they are selling, and in typical fashion with bad support they don't even properly read your questions and respond in a meaningful way, but instead will respond with a boilerplate response that is meaningless. I even specifically asked if I could be put in touch with one of their devs directly but was told no. We used this app so much that the team at AMAI even contacted me for an interview, and published that interview on their website. It was all positive, but that was before I most recently requested support and got no help at all. I'm disappointed in the new level of support offered, and if you are building a store that relies a quantity discount app like mine then I would warn you away from using an app with such bad support. I'm willing to update this review if the issues are solved, but as of now, with support having gone down the drain the experience is abysmal.

June 2024: Fantastic customer service, had a problem with the initial setup of the account and I had a customer service agent in touch within 10 minutes. Problem fixed and site working like a dream! What a great team you have. New Edit: July 2024 The people behind Amai are incredible. Once again above and beyond with such a fast response time, I would not be using any other discount app again. Keep it up team

Ich habe mit Amai Upsell+ die Staffelpreise für meine Produkte angelegt und das völlig kostenfrei. Eine sehr gute und umfangreiche App mit vielen Einstellmöglichkeiten. Man kann einzelne Produkte, Kollektionen, den gesamten Shop einbinden. Auch Mix and Match zwischen versch. Produkten ist möglich. Das Ganze noch mit einer Timing Funktion und einem super Support. I used Amai Upsell+ to create the graduated prices for my products and it's completely free of charge. A very good and comprehensive app with many setting options. You can integrate individual products, collections and the entire store. Mix and match between different products is also possible. All this with a timing function and great support.

Amai has such excellent customer service; they went above and beyond to fix a problem that I caused with their app - I was shocked at how fast their response time was, and how extensive their reply and solutions were. The app itself is worth getting if you want to add quantity breaks to Shopify, but the customer service you get with the app is without a doubt so much added value.

DO NOT USE! DO NOT RECCOMMEND. This app is creating and sending draft orders by itself that offer HUGE discounts on unauthorized products and customers for no reason. Then the customer that it is sent to can complete the order with a huge discount (40%+) which is really awful for the store owner to have to honour the price they were given. This is completely unacceptable as a Shopify app. It is like being HACKED. I wish I could give them NO STARS.

First off, Jasper is amazing. Thank you for the help. I have worked on and with Shopify for 8+ years. I am thrilled when I find a good app that solves a need for my stores. What I am more thrilled about is when I find an app with a support team like here. These guys over deliver every time, and usually have things fixed in MINUTES. Apps can be tricky to make work store to store. If you work with this team, and use their apps, they will make sure it works in your store. I cannot speak more highly of them. If you need quantity breaks, go no further. For real, stop searching and install this one.

The support is fantastic. I had a small issue setting it up and was helped within a day. Even after the problem was solved, they asked again if everything was fine. Without a good support, you get stuck in e-commerce. That's the way it has to be. Thanks to the app, I was able to increase my sales. You can set all the important features you need. Unfortunately, given texts cannot simply be translated by myself. This would be great if that would be possible.

Thank you for your review and feedback, Upon checking our support logs, we find it that it is unfair that you mentioned our response was slow as all emails are replied to less than an hour and chat conversations were replied to at some points within 2 minutes. Here are the chain of events (time stated are +8GMT Singapore, Shanghai time): First email conversation chain (email was sent via Shopify Support email) was sent 26 May 2022 09:49 We replied the email at 26 May 2022 10:36 Because we did not receive a reply, we send a reminder on 27 May 2022 17:04 You sent a second email chain on the same day one hour later (also sent via Shopify Support email) on the same day on 26 May 2022 11:12 We replied to this email chain on 26 May 2022 11:28 Having receiving no replies, we send a first reminder for this email at 27 May 2022 09:18 We sent a second reminder at 28 May 2022 17:04 Both the first email and second email chains (both asking similar question) are closed on 28 May 2022 as due to a lack of response. For the third conversation chain, you send in via chat at 6 June 2022 09:22 and was replied within in 38 minutes at 10:00. Fortunately, this time you responded to the chat 15 minutes later at 6 June 2022 10:15 which we replied at 10:17 on the same day which we mentioned that the issue will be escalated to our dev team for further resolution. 14 hours later at 7 June 2022 00:04 we send you respond both via chat and email that the issue had been resolved. We did not receive a respond from you so we send you a reminder on 8 June 2022 9:34. You did not responded back but the conversation was marked as "Seen". We hope this clarifies. We will send you screenshots of our chatlogs as proof.

I had an issue after installing the app, where the app displayed discounts on some of my other products, which was not part of the tiered pricing promotion applicable. I contacted support, and they were able to fix the problem within a couple of hours. Thank you so much for the great support!
