The pricing of the app, the trial period and the date of charge is clearly stated when you approve the installation. The pricing of the app is also shown clearly in the app page. We cannot bill you anything if you did not approve of the pricing and the charge in the first place. In addition, once the charges are approved you will receive an acknowledgement email. As we have a trial period (which is stated in the email and confirmation page), you can delete it anytime to avoid any charges.

DO NOT USE! DO NOT RECCOMMEND. This app is creating and sending draft orders by itself that offer HUGE discounts on unauthorized products and customers for no reason. Then the customer that it is sent to can complete the order with a huge discount (40%+) which is really awful for the store owner to have to honour the price they were given. This is completely unacceptable as a Shopify app. It is like being HACKED. I wish I could give them NO STARS.

NO NOT USE THIS APP! The Support is completely useless and it takes forever to get help or even the correct answer. They simply do not care if you use the app or not. It is not possible to change all the text in the app. So the app will forever be english or 5 more languages. Completely useless. Don't waste your time

To properly translate the frontend portion, it is recommended to use a translation app as our app is compatible with most of the top translation app on Shopify. Thank you for your review and feedback, Upon checking our support logs, we find it that it is unfair that you mentioned our response was slow as all emails are replied to less than an hour and chat conversations were replied to at some points within 2 minutes. Here are the chain of events (time stated are +8GMT Singapore, Shanghai time): First email conversation chain (email was sent via Shopify Support email) was sent 26 May 2022 09:49 We replied the email at 26 May 2022 10:36 Because we did not receive a reply, we send a reminder on 27 May 2022 17:04 You sent a second email chain on the same day one hour later (also sent via Shopify Support email) on the same day on 26 May 2022 11:12 We replied to this email chain on 26 May 2022 11:28 Having receiving no replies, we send a first reminder for this email at 27 May 2022 09:18 We sent a second reminder at 28 May 2022 17:04 Both the first email and second email chains (both asking similar question) are closed on 28 May 2022 as due to a lack of response. For the third conversation chain, you send in via chat at 6 June 2022 09:22 and was replied within in 38 minutes at 10:00. Fortunately, this time you responded to the chat 15 minutes later at 6 June 2022 10:15 which we replied at 10:17 on the same day which we mentioned that the issue will be escalated to our dev team for further resolution. 14 hours later at 7 June 2022 00:04 we send you respond both via chat and email that the issue had been resolved. We did not receive a respond from you so we send you a reminder on 8 June 2022 9:34. You did not responded back but the conversation was marked as "Seen". We hope this clarifies. We will send you screenshots of our chatlogs as proof.

The app doesn't work properly and after canceling subscription and deleting app the widgets still appear on my shopify store. I have tried to download the app again so that I can remove the widgets and I only get an error message. I have spent too much time trying to correct this.

Thank you for your feedback. As mentioned in the Uninstall FAQ which could be found at the main page of the app and also our email to you, that this is standard Shopify app behaviour. In the documentations, it is mentioned that you are required to click on the Uninstall button in-app before you proceed to uninstall at the Shopify admin panel. In addition, we had also removed your codes within 30 minutes after your request. This is a well documented issue that had not yet been resolved by Shopify as mentioned here: https://community.shopify.com/c/shopify-discussions/regarding-removal-of-codes-after-uninstalling-apps/td-p/704445 Hope this clarifies.

Thank you for your feedback. We had removed the codes as soon as you had written in and everything is functioning as normal. As mentioned in our FAQ, this is normal behavior for all Shopify applications, because after you uninstall the application from your store it no longer has the rights to restore all the previous changes it made to the theme.

WARNING! you wont be able to use discount codes in your store at all if you use this app. I emailed customer service and they blamed the issue on shopify. I contacted shopify support and they confirmed its THIS app causing the issue.

Thank you for the feedback. This is the sequence of the events: - You contacted us in regards to discount codes. - We had replied to you that if the products were under discount by the app, it will disable to discount codes. - You asked us an additional question that if the quantity purchased does not qualify for a discount can the discount code be applied in which in this case, the answer is yes. - After testing (we had video recorded it as well), we realize that even disabling the codes, the discount code could not be used at your store. We then proceeded to advise you to inquire this to Shopify. - The answer that Shopify given in which you had provided the screenshot is the same as our first answer that we had provided but you did not provide us with the original question. - Therefore we had reopen the case with Shopify to seek clarification and is currently pending for their reply.

Every time THEY change their code you lose the chart of discounts on the item page. Complained about this 3 times and they just say its our fault because we change the template - using the same template for 2 years. Lost a lot of sales because of this app not functioning properly!

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that republishing different version of the same themes will also requires you to setup the discount table settings. We had enhanced our app to prompt you to do the settings once a Theme is republished. Due to your feedback we will be enhancing the Event Logs to capture any republish of themes so that merchants have a clearer picture on what happened.

This app is very complicated to set up. It is not simple and straightforward. A lot of my time was wasted on this app. Update: Before this rate, I contacted you via Shopify Get support option. No response. But after I rated this 1-star, all of the sudden you are fast to respond and a lot of emails.

Update 6 August: The only email we had received from the Get Support feature was regarding billing in which we had replied within 2 hours. We had even checked our spam folders and there was no further emails apart from the email regarding billing. Hi, thank you for the feedback. We had tried to contact you on several occasions to try to understand your frustrations but had yet to get a response from you. You can contact our support anytime if you require assistance to help setup any of your volume, BOGO or mix and match discounts.

Update 26 July 2021 - No billing was done when merchant reinstalled the app on 17 July. The billing was for June cycle. Refund had been made for that cycle. Please note that our charges had been documented in our App page stating that the Free tier is for one product. Hi, we had checked your billing history and the statement was untrue as there was no billing at all from our side for your latest reinstallation on 16 July 2021. I had sent you a screenshot of your billing history to your email already. Please advise us which month had the billing occurred so we can process the refund. Please note that before we begin charging, the app will prompt you to agree before we start charging.

UPDATE: We had clarified with Shopify and there was no charges made after 3 May 2021 after you had uninstall. Thank you for your feedback. The statement is untrue. We had checked with Shopify billing records and it shows that you were billed in 18 April 2021 12:05am (UTC). You had uninstalled at 3 May 2021 and there was no billing after. We will provide you with the information from Shopify.

I just installed this app and selected only 1 item, infact we are doing marketing for just one item only, after setting tiered price and when i clicked on Active, it has selected randomly one more product, so unethically this app opted me for paid plan which is around $19.90 something, i have uninstalled this app, and will report to shopify as well, this is completely unethical, i tried to report this issue on Live chat, but chat is on Bot, unable to connect to any real person, i will not pay a single penny, reply me with solution

Thank you for your feedback. We had replied you via email 6 minutes after receiving the ticket in which you had responded 3 minutes later. We will write open a request for refund with Shopify. As you had not been billed, this charge will be reverse instead. UPDATE: After checking, you was not billed at all for this. Nevertheless we had written to Shopify to inform them to reverse any charges should they receive it. Kindly send us a video or a screenshot on the said issue which our app will randomly turn on another product. Thank you.

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately, Shopify Draft Order API and Checkout API does not work with Express Checkouts. Other Shopify Apps have the same limitation due to this. I had sent you an email providing you more details such as Shopify documentations as well as screenshots on how express checkout behaves in other apps as well. Hope this clarifies your doubt.

Until the app has been sold to amai Quantity Breaks & Discounts worked properly. Since amai is taking care multiple times tier prices have not been displayed on product pages. Furthermore tier prices are not applied to cart so many customers do not place there orders. The amai support does not react to e-mails sent and has not been able to solve our issue for 2-3 days. We can not recommend this app anymore and we are now looking for an alternative.

this app was great when it was ran by spur-it. Recently sold to amai and the support has been terrible. I've raised mutiple tickets and they have taken days to get back to me...I am losing thousands of dollars in revenue everyday because of the lack of support
