I love Printful! They are able to print on sleeves, backs, fronts, and labels. They are very responsive to my needs and if I have an issue, the support team has really improved on response times. I feel this is an app that you can rely on. They are professional and provide plenty of resources. It had been hard during COVID but I understand that the mail in general has been having difficulties not to mention supply chain problems across the country. I love the 3d leggings feature and the updates they have currently made to the app. It makes styling easier and more intuitive. They provide print files, which is also a win, instead of a generalized dimensions. It is once that they have their own printers and not using a wide range of companies. I also love the fact that they provide ratings on products and pictures of print quality so you can really feel confident in their abilities. It is probably the best POD out there at this time. My shirts have been beautiful and clear and deep color print. I'm very grateful that I am using Printful and that they strive to improve and add additional products often. I even switched all my shirts over from another POD to them since I have more faith in their abilities and they deserve all 5 stars they receive.

Printful what are you doing? limiting the mockup generator based on number of orders per month, this is an extreme detrimental for new stores. Example: if a store creates a few unisex products they won't be able to display a flat mockup, female mockup and male mockup to display the product???? This is a bad idea, please explain your reasoning.

Thank you for sharing your review! We truly appreciate your feedback on this! After a Printful account is created, you can use the mockup generator for 60 days. After that, the access to the mockup generator becomes limited if you haven't had any orders within the last 30 days. You can then either connect a store to your Printful account, or place 3 orders within a 30 day timeframe to restore access to the mockup generator. We've introduced this limitation as we're continuously devoting resources to mockup generator improvements and wanted to limit the functionality for inactive users. Printful is mostly a great and easy way to upload art and put it on shirts. I have had some issues with print quality, and I am still waiting for them to get back to me. Other than that, like I said, it's mostly a great thing to use.

I use the app to sell online products & clothing. I like how it was fairly easy to set-up and use! I also like the tutorial videos and LIVE webinars. It takes some time, but with patience and perseverance I did it!

Everything I need in a POD provider. This is really a 4.5 star. If I need higher margin I have supplement with another supplier but the quality is never as good as printful. The only thing that I'd like to be better is the lead times from all their fulfillment centers. If they could get it into a down to 4 to 5 days max that would be god send. But otherwise hands down the best quality.

I use Printful more than any other drop shipping print on demand company. They are the most professional I have dealt with in this niche. The DTG printing is quality and looks professional. Their embroidery is also quality. Fulfilment times are usually for the most part pretty quick considering. Their mockup generator is top notch and super useful whether you are purchasing items or not. There is one thing I believe could be better. I wish the allowable print area was larger. For many of my designs, they may look to small on t-shirts. The max is 12"x16" which does limit my design capabilities often. I work with a print shop in town that does DTG prints up to 16"x22". I really wish Printful could give this allowance. Other than this no gripes at all. Top notch service.

I primarily use this app to create all my T-shirts and other products. I love the personalized labels that is delivered with my product. I would be nice if the offered multiple colors for ALL products, especially the tote bags.

2 stars because their products are of good quality. However, if you ever need personal assistance from them, you're better off talking to a brick wall. First off: Their design service is terrible. I needed a logo altered so it could be embroidered. After they were done with it, it was a completely different logo to a point where it wasn't even recognizable. I paid $35 for the service and got 2 completely different versions (contact me if you want to see the results). Then, a package got lost in the mail, after it took 2.5 months to get shipped (I get it, COVID took its toll on the logistics). The package never arrived, although DHL marked it as such. When inquiring about it and see if they could open a ticket/complaint with DHL, I was advised to talk to USPS (??) or place a new, manual order that I'd pay for myself. They wouldn't inquire at the carrier because their "current level of service" didn't allow for it. They were right. Their current level of service needs serious improvement. I've removed all products from my store and am in the process of switching to a local print shop that semi-integrates with Shopify. More work? Sure, but at least I get great service and can count on when I need it. Would NOT recommend.

I see that your artwork needed some adjustments and had to be simplified to meet the minimum requirements of our embroidery file guidelines. Our design team specialist noted the changes we needed to make to your print file prior to taking the service fee from you, upon you agreeing to these adjustments we followed through with adjusting your print file. Our embroidery machines are set up to produce the best desirable outcome, however, our customers must follow the established embroidery guidelines to produce these results, you can see our embroidery guidelines here: https://www.printful.com/creating-embroidery-file. Regarding your order that was marked as “delivered”. When the carrier has marked an order as “delivered”, we have to trust that they have made the delivery and such orders would not be eligible for a reimbursement. In the rare case that this happens, you can reach out to the carrier and file a claim, then forward their response to us and we will review it. Already ordered a couple of times. The items are ok, but for the quality to expensive. Unfortunately, when you pay and not receive the product, Printify has the worst customer care ever! First, after not receiving the parcel for a couple of months, I wrote them. No reply! Then I opened up the case via paypal, and suddenly Printful, out of nowhere was able to write me an e-mail. With the info, that they don't take care of not received packages and that it is not their problem if my customers or myself don't receive the product! And also, if I would not close the case via Paypal, they would close my account which they did. I wrote the post office and they clearly said that I as customer cannot claim a refund but Printful could have claimed the refund for the not delivered package! That's how they treat customers...

I used this app for almost two years during which time it was getting worse and less competitive all the time. Pros: Good print quality Easy to use interface Fairly good selection of products Cons: Arbitrary and incoherent content policy Inconsistent and often slow turnaround times (even before Covid-19) Slow and mostly unhelpful customer service They are among the most expensive pod platforms

I have not had any issues with this app or the supplier. They are very good at communicating any issues they are experiencing or see coming up. Adding products is easy. Shipping and pricing is a breeze. I like how they keep updating the options they have so that it is responsive and not a headache to work with. Would like a few other options but good with what they have right now.

I have been so impressed with the quality and assortment of products and their very attentive customer service, since I began my business back in 11/2019. During Covid, it's been tough having shipping times delayed, but I feel that most businesses have experienced the same issues, but not with the same professionalism as Printful. When a business handles themselves well during tough times, I'm sold. As things start to get back to normal, and I'm looking forward to watching my business grow with Printful.

Best POD service by far. Easy to use with great customer support and high quality products. The only slight downside might be the somewhat higher product costs, but I can live with that.

I'm only giving this App one star because you have to. But AVOID at all cost, use one of the many other Apps in the store. Poor Quality, Poor Customer Service, Poor Execution! The customer service is the worse I've seen from any Shopify App. I have orders that are still pending from early June that have not been fulfilled and my customers are super frustrated which reflects on my store and not Printful. Because Printful is not vested in your customers, they could careless how great of a service they provide to you. I've had to cancel quite a few orders and refund the customer. Overall this provides a pretty crappy customer experience and you don't get very many opportunities to make your customers happy. I'll be removing Printful from my store as soon as my orders are filled.
