READ THIS WELL... I have printed 4/5 t-shirts using some of the most expensive one on the catalogue to check the quality of the product and printing - as suggested. After receiving the articles I noticed immediately large necks, no size-labels ...AND THE SAME EXSACT CHIP PRINT PROBLEM REPLICATED ON EVERY LOGOS OF MINE ... NOW READ THIS AGAIN.... THEY WILL NOT ADMIT ANY DOING WRONG... CONSEQUNTLY YOU WILL NEED TO DEAL WITH YOUR CUSTOMER'S FRUSTRATION. When I pointed the fact that the logos were screwed, someone replayed to me this exact statement: "the job was delivered as expected." So If you decide to use this service after reading this message, you'll deserve any trouble that may come at you !

The print coverage, however, heavily depends on the qualities of the chosen fabric. Sketchy quality and inconsistent delivery. And they take zero responsibility for items that don't get delivered. Plus, the app is super clunky. Awful.

Terrible service with basic printing. Multiple times I've had my orders left waiting for over two weeks. When I asked for reimbursement, I was denied. If you use this app, be prepared to lose customers and not be reimbursed for unshipped orders.

I was able to find that your order experienced a stock delay, therefore, the fulfillment has started later than expected. It is true that we are still experiencing some restocking delays and stock shortages caused by Covid-19, but the situation is steadily improving. If something is out of stock for longer than expected, we'd send you a notification about it, asking if you'd like to wait or switch to an alternative. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING IN BLACK! Initially I would give Printful 5 stars, but the fact that everything I order in black comes out faded now is beyond frustrating. I personally love black tshirts, and thats always my go to color for majority of my designs. Unfortunately everything I’ve ordered lately on black comes out looking washed. This is so disappointing being that the first few items I ordered (in black) were perfect. I’ve tried reach out to their support department about it, but I keep getting “thats expected quality.” So now I’m going to have to find another printer for all of my black apparel items. With Black Friday coming up this is going to throw me off my timeline of ordering samples and preparing content for advertisement.
Hey! Thank you for your review! It is a normal outcome for direct to garment printing that part of the garment may show through the ink. This would depend on two factors: the material the garment is made of, and the color difference between the design and the garment. We would not be able to guarantee the same outcome on different colored products. Customer service is horrible! It was much better pre-Covid when you could speak to someone. I've had stock issues and I keep sending screenshots and explaining the problem and the reps keep bringing up a totally separate item which has nothing to do with what I'm talking about. It's like I'm talking to myself.

Absolute trash. I added a few shirts to our store to give some apparel options. The very first order for a few tank tops remains unfulfilled after 4 weeks. Multiple emails to support didn't address anything and they refused to refund the purchase. Avoid at ALL COSTS.

Improved a lot in the present. Great support and competitive prices. The team at Printful is doing its work to make us scale and have a profitable business. For some items, the prices are expensive, but that may change if you go big as a merchant. Overall, it's a great business and company, and they improved their support team, too.

From the high costs and low margins, to the poor quality of products that get switched up without notice or have crooked prints or fading prints, to the numerous complaints on their Facebook group and their ridiculous policies that only protect them and leave sellers hanging, I have removed them from my store completely and DO NOT RECOMMEND them to anyone.

I love Printful! They are able to print on sleeves, backs, fronts, and labels. They are very responsive to my needs and if I have an issue, the support team has really improved on response times. I feel this is an app that you can rely on. They are professional and provide plenty of resources. It had been hard during COVID but I understand that the mail in general has been having difficulties not to mention supply chain problems across the country. I love the 3d leggings feature and the updates they have currently made to the app. It makes styling easier and more intuitive. They provide print files, which is also a win, instead of a generalized dimensions. It is once that they have their own printers and not using a wide range of companies. I also love the fact that they provide ratings on products and pictures of print quality so you can really feel confident in their abilities. It is probably the best POD out there at this time. My shirts have been beautiful and clear and deep color print. I'm very grateful that I am using Printful and that they strive to improve and add additional products often. I even switched all my shirts over from another POD to them since I have more faith in their abilities and they deserve all 5 stars they receive.

Printful what are you doing? limiting the mockup generator based on number of orders per month, this is an extreme detrimental for new stores. Example: if a store creates a few unisex products they won't be able to display a flat mockup, female mockup and male mockup to display the product???? This is a bad idea, please explain your reasoning.

After that, the access to the mockup generator becomes limited if you haven't had any orders within the last 30 days. You can then either connect a store to your Printful account, or place 3 orders within a 30 day timeframe to restore access to the mockup generator. We've introduced this limitation as we're continuously devoting resources to mockup generator improvements and wanted to limit the functionality for inactive users. Printful is mostly a great and easy way to upload art and put it on shirts. I have had some issues with print quality, and I am still waiting for them to get back to me. Other than that, like I said, it's mostly a great thing to use.

I use the app to sell online products & clothing. I like how it was fairly easy to set-up and use! I also like the tutorial videos and LIVE webinars. It takes some time, but with patience and perseverance I did it!

Everything I need in a POD provider. This is really a 4.5 star. If I need higher margin I have supplement with another supplier but the quality is never as good as printful. The only thing that I'd like to be better is the lead times from all their fulfillment centers. If they could get it into a down to 4 to 5 days max that would be god send. But otherwise hands down the best quality.
