Printify does not allow sellers to leave a rating and a review of the products on their platform. I wasted money sampling Printify tshirts, only to find that each was of very poor quality. It would have saved time and money if there were reviews of products in their catalog, but per their tech support: "Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to leave a review for the products in our Catalog". I don't recommend Printify - at the moment their t-shirt product quality is just not good, and there is no way to see ratings or reviews of the other products in their catalog, so I have to assume they are also poor quality and a waste of money and time.

Hi I've been getting messages on my Shopify store saying that Printify is no longer supported, and that the developer needs to update the app to keep it running and working properly. When Can Printify update the app?

Constantly having problems. First Printify changed in such a way that color swatches disappeared- it took my team almost a week to fix, with Printify unable to identify the problem. Now out of the blue when you try to save just the description to Shopify, Printify is overwriting everything, titles, mockups, etc. Their constant issues are causing us 100โ€™s of hours of repeated work, and resulting in delays in opening our store - thus causing their print providers to lose sales. We may have to put in 100โ€™s more hours and more away from printify. They donโ€™t do the printing, only provide an interface- and if they canโ€™t reliably offer that, then they have nothing!

Good Customer service. London was very helpful. The app is easy to use and the pricing is good. This is a good platform for print-on-demand t-shirts. For My hoodies, I need more quality control. I started using another platform because the designs were fading quickly after washing. I liked that you could add different colors to your designs on dark vs. white shirts. I would like to have a link once I publish a design to go directly to Shopify to edit my template. Also, there needs to be a way to offer different variants of designs on the same color shirt to reduce having too many products on the website.

I love this app it is very easy to use but the only thing I hate is that they barely have sweatpants and the aop ones are trash and take 4 weeks to come and the lane steven sweatpants you can only print the design on the back pocket which is pretty dumb. Great app but they need more sweatpants. Please fix this.

printify has been great, very easy to work with, very straightforward. And their customer support is great, they always try to help no matter what the problem is. I just had a great experience and i must mention that their agent Hank Baldwin was very helpful and quickly resolved the issue i had.

Quality is "VERY" slightly worse than Awkward Styles however they have 10x the amount of product than them. Everything from fast shipping times to production overview is 5 stars. I would however give flexibility a 4.5.

I really appreciate having Printify involved with my business. I've been selling my art for over 20 years and just added t-shirts on to my product line. They're selling very well. I've used Customer Service a couple times and the people I've dealt with were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Printify is a great website and tool for designing and drop-shipping all kinds of interesting products. It has a nice interface for Store catalogs and design tool. However, we are giving 4 stars for 1 reason...they don't accept SVG files over 20 MB. We are fine artists and high resolution images of our art produces large SVG files, and you need these for large prints (e.g. 36" sq). In our case 20MB SVG gets us about 10% of our catalog whereas a 50MB limit would cover 97% of our files. So for fine art prints at large sizes, they are not there yet. But we hope to encourage them to make this change ! A cool app nonetheless...

After 2,5 months of many messages and false promises in the end regarding the shipment process, NOTHING changed and big radio silence.. so disappointing :-( === shipping time within Europe is ridiculously long and makes it impossible to sell within your own country. If you complain about this, you hear nothing back. I unfortunately have to switch to Printfull. 5 working days delivery time versus 15 days. Lower quality, but Printify's environmentally damaging shipping method and the shipping time involved is just not explainable. Just started and already can refund customers because it takes too long. If jumpers are not accepted by the customer after more than 15 days, they disappear, as does my money. The 2 stars rate is because the app itself works very well and the printers do a good job. Too bad Printify doesn't seem to want to dive into the shipping method. For US I will keep Printify, but the Premium to have multiple shops I am cancelling.And please Printify don't say hereunder you will look into it, because I know I don't hear anything back. Please change your shipment method within Europa, faster delivery would be beneficiant for both sellers and your company.

Printify is garbage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They cancelled my account without any warning...you can't get a direct answer from customer support! I had multiple orders that needed to be fulfilled and they left me holding the bag without any response.....I would not use this company to grow my store....they are inconsistent and their customer service is garbage....STAY AWAY FROM PRINTIFY ....Update 1/13/23 - I have submitted all documents to verify my account days ago. What I don't understate is why would Printify let me place multiple orders previously and not verify my account? Then out of the blue and without warning you ask me to send documents to verify my account!! I sent multiple emails with the required information to Printify... no one has responded to help me. When I talk with chat support they give me the same response..."They will forward my information to Merchant Support" .....WHAT???? No one can go into the system and look at my account to see what's going on??? REALLY??? Very unprofessional and complete chaos!! My customers have placed orders and my reputation is ruined because I can't see what is going on. I am an American merchant so my account should be easily verified.

I love this app and store. I wish there was more bulk/wholesale options but other than that it's the best. I am still learning about the pricing and shipping options also. I love the free mockups that are generated right away and all the presets are awesome. Thank you!!!
