I use Printify for printing and fulfillment for my online store. The printing in excellent, the fulfillment is quick and the customer service is top notch. I would absolutely recommend Printify.

Printify has really helped me grow my print on demand business. The interface is very easy to use and is helpful when you have a store with a lot of products to manage. They do an excellent job of carrying unique pod products in their catalog and are adding new products almost daily. Their customer service is really awesome too. If there's an issue with an order (lost in the mail, arrived damaged, etc) they are super quick to respond and helpful with either reprinting or refunding the order.

Printify is a seamless and easy to use integration for drop shipping. For the most part they have been great! In a few instances they have shipped incorrect garments but 95% of the time they are awesome!

So far the service that I've received from Printify has been A+. Their customer live chat is always a great option for those small questions that add up to big problems. I'm looking forward to having a long relationship of working together and hopefully celebrating lots of sales!

Printify made my dreams come true. I have a 9-5 corporate job but i always wanted to have an online store that sells cool things. I'm able to design and sell my creation on 2 online shops now. Thank you Printify!

Printify helped me immensely during a really stressful time. We had a site error that caused us to need 700+ orders to be imported/manually put in. Phil and his team helped us solve the problem in a timely manner and make sure all orders were put in correctly. Can not speak more highly of their team and customer service!!!

Printify is a very good print on demand company. I’ve been using them for awhile now and my experience has been great. Their support team is incredibly helpful and Printify is also pretty easy to navigate and learn. I highly recommend Printify.

We have been able to create over 30 products with over 500 choices in our online store these past few months. I've used Printify since early 2020. They have a huge selection of products, and their support staff are very helpful when an issue does, on occasion, come up.

Great user interface. Once you reach a certain level of sales, you get contacted by a merchant Success Manager who helps and provides you very valuable data.

Printify... Is the #1 Print on Demand Website... Why you ask? #1 they have support that is very helpful, available on demand during business hours and they provide email backup of all Chat and Support via email interactions. #2 Support personnel are easy to work with, have solutions that make a difference the projects I'm working on. #3 Choose a Sample so you can see 'hands on' if there are any challenges with the design. Support will assist you in resolving any corrections. #4 I learned first hand that design elements, the variety of tools, colors, fonts, images and more may need subtle changes to translate to the finished product I wanted. #5 Kindness always works better in resolving challenges. I have dealt with customer service from several different companies as I started my business a few months ago. I am over the top impressed with Shopify and Printify's customer service team. They are prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, patient and easy to understand. One of the best customer service teams I've ever worked with, much appreciated!!

Good pricing but inconsistent results. I had many print quality issues with their providers. As they are essentially the middle person between you and the printer getting issues resolved was very labored and at times not possible. More importantly, when building a brand you cannot afford poor quality results or inconsistency both of which were issues with printify. If you are looking for a quick profit then Printify may work as the pricing is good. I rather pay the additional costs with Printful, who is not a middle 'man' and actually produces your product, or pay the upfront costs and order in bulk from a good screen-printer. The quality I have found more consistent.

Printify users, be aware if you're dealing with items that take over 30 days to deliver, you may be out of luck if things go sour. This company will lie directly to you and try and get away with it. We have a small store for our gaming community and some people had been waiting for dog tags to arrive (they no longer sell this item, I wonder why...) These had been ordered in December but due to the shipping crisis and also because the customers are in SEA, it had taken months for things to arrive. Fast forward to today, we had a conversation in our Discord about the items and it had come to my attention that 6 of the buyers had still not received theirs after 5 months. Printify then went on to feed me a story about how they can't follow it up because shipping companies reuse the tracking numbers in that time frame (this is a lie, it takes years for this to happen) and would only offer a refund if it was in the 30-day window. After some complaining, they went on to say they will only offer a refund on two of the items. While this isn't much money, and in the end, I don't care about the money at all, it's the principle of how they handled it and tried to get away with lying to me about how logistics companies quickly reuse tracking numbers. This is apparently the reason why they can't follow this up from their end. All they had to do, is refund me the small amount, I would have gladly left my subscription intact and it would have been a review about how they handled the situation. I'm not going to pay for items that 100% were never produced or shipped. I have had multiple issues now with them now due to items being marked as shipped and they hadn't been slow shipping and terrible print quality. Steer clear!

I've been selling POD for over 4 years now and started with a different seller... Boy do I regret not starting with Printify. Better quality prints at a better price. A seller is out of stock? No worries, Printify automatically sends your order to another shop for you. What more can you ask for?
