Today I spent 4 1/2 hours with Joe figuring out a way to address our unique needs in a way that also created a great experience for our customers. Joe was nothing short of outstanding in his efforts to find solutions and implement those solutions. Rather than telling me what we needed and then sending me a link to a help page to figure it out myself, Joe rolled up his sleeves and we created it together, and then tested it together. He was patient with me as I navigated thru the set up and testing stage before going live. I've worked with other Privy support people, who are all very pleasant, but none of them stuck with me the way Joe did to see everything through. Top drawer!

The process to add legitimate emails to your email list is too time consuming and unnecessarily complicated. Once they have signed you on, support disappears. They also...send emails offering to help your business, but when you reach out, these emails has always ended up a waste of time for me.

Besides the helpful Privy sales tools, the customer support provided by Karol was top notch. She helped me every step of the way to fine tune the Privy integration to suit my needs. BIG Thank You to her and the Privy team!

Great app & even better support. Jenny helped me with setting up campaigns & running email marketing and she was very knowledgeable and helpful in her job. I am so happy with her support & the way the app works.

BEWARE! They stole my money for over 12 months. I cancelled our account via my Privy account but because the app was still installed on Shopify they continued to take money out of our account and will not refund even though they can see we cancelled. USE KLAYVIO INSTEAD!!!

PRIVY is the best!!!! whatever you dont know their support in real time is amazing- its thanksgiving day and they are helping me. NO ONE DOES IT BETTER! They are so patient and knowledgeable.

We have been using Privy for a little while, and today we just had a session onlne with Vikkee and she had sorted out everything for us. She created the perfect pop and sorted our our pop. She also help us on our newsletter. Her service was on point and cannot fault. We soo grateful for all her help. We have arrange for another session with her to help us more. Thank you again

Andrew Garber was absolutely amazing!!! He showed me everything I needed to know and answered my questions with ease. I'm new to E commerce and he made it seem like I've been doing this for years!!! 5 stars is not enough for the service this gentleman provides !!!!!

DO NOT USE PRIVY! Absolutely horrible to deal with. Also, in this industry, who who works 9-5 Mon - Friday?? We need assistance on the weekends and after hours. but that aside, I have never dealt with customer service so unprofessional. Use anyone else. We used Privy for about 5 years gathering up over 4,000 verified contacts and then we rebranded our company. EXACT same products, EXACT same containers but a different look and our customers were ALL AWARE of the change but everything was still the same, we just didn't like the old name or the old owner (long story). When we imported the contacts into our new account, Privy wouldn't let us email them. I explained everything to them and that we had actually used PRIVY to acquire these contacts legitimately. They didn't care. They said "Too bad." All those years working to build an email list all for nothing. DO NOT USE PRIVY.
Hi there, We have reviewed the email where you spoke to our Billing and Compliance teams; I apologize if anything was not clear and I am happy to break down below what occurred: • Due to the origin of the list in question, our Compliance team was not able to approve these contacts. • Privy, or any email marketing provider, can only accept the contacts who opted in to receive the emails for one business. Merchants are not able to have merchant's who opted in for one business be moved over to another business. • This aligns with the laws and regulations, CAN-SPAM and CASL, put into place to protect the recipients. • General Support availability varies by channel; we do offer support during the weekends. As mentioned by our Compliance manager, the weekend team will do its best to answer all of your questions on the weekends, however, some emails may require follow ups when we are more staffed during the week. • Lastly, our teams replied to all email communications with the upmost respect and empathy for the situation at hand. Our Billing team has asked Shopify to remove the $45 fee you were charged as well. We wish your businesses the best of luck!

Jose in customer service is a SUPERHERO! Any glitches, hitches or confusion I have experienced he fixes immediately! I have been using Privy for years now. I can't recommend them highly enough. Their customer service is fast, excellent, patient and thorough. It has made the difference in my learning how to do all of this important marketing for my business. I have only had great experiences with them these past 4 years. They are there when you need them if you make a mistake, fast! They save the day!

Very impressed, not only with the app, but the customer support backing it. I wouldn't say I'm the most knowledgeable in ecommerce, but the team at Privy made me comfortable and confident in growing sales, increasing traffic, as well as conversions.

Onboarding with Privy was an outstanding experience! I could not have been more impressed with my Onboarding Manager, Jenny! Her ability to walk me though the process and articulate so clearly how Privy integrates with my Shopify Store was inspirational!
