Privy ‑ Email, SMS & Pop Ups

I mean, it was reasonable easy to setup & find our way around it... But it never actually sent any abandoned cart emails, which meant we had to stop using it & cancel our account. Was pretty disappointing tbh.

This app is great but the service and onboarding team is the best!! They helped me get all my campaigns running when we first came on with Privy. Now Henry has been helping dial things in and the results have been outstanding. They've been performing even better than expected. KUDOS to the Privy team and big thank you to Henry for his pro skills!

Great app and excellent onboarding and support that is a huge help with conversions and email. We were up and running fast and are looking forward to seeing the benefits on our store.

Great App, Effective app to take customers email through exitent pop-up with Discount Code. I really recommend it, i have already easy 100 subscribers who i can reach them with email marketing and Facebook ads. Those customers don't subscribe if this app does not exists

I installed this app back in February while it was free for up to a certain amount of impressions per month. Once our website eclipsed the threshold, I let the app fade away. At the time I didn't think anything of it and wasn't too keen to spend money as a new business. Fast forward about 4 months and Privy touched base again with a promotion to try the full suite of services with newsletters, abandoned cart emails, order follow ups, etc and I took the leap. 2-3 weeks later, I'm so glad I did. We've blasted 4 newsletters which have generated decent revenue. We've got a series of 3 abandoned cart (not checkout only) emails that are already working. The support team has been the biggest difference this time around. I was flying solo originally and ODDLY enough it was not doing all that well for us. I had an hour crash course with Andrew G. after I had some time to set up some of my own campaigns and he was really helpful. We fine tuned some of my work, and he also took the time to create some examples of additional things that I'm excited to implement as well. All in all, I'm stoked. For the people that think it isn't worth the expense, it is. Our ROI is significant and I strongly encourage you to give it a shot and suggest skipping the step of doing it by yourself and going straight to working with their support team to get off the ground.

I love this app! I was using Klavio and switched, and it was a great decision. It's straightforward to use and has lots of features.

Pretty happy so far, the analytics are super great to look at. I love the stats that are provided with the campaigns. Building an email is decently straightforward as well.

This app was easy to use and get started with. The customer support was unreal and I had real live techs helping me set up all the campaigns I needed for my business! Daniel was patient, kind, and amazing! I would recommend this app to anyone with a website!

The app is fine but I wish they gave more support and on going help with flow emails and texts. They leave you to your self after paying unfortunately.

Was very confused regarding the syncing of contacts when I first started using but help team has helped me through it and I'm excited by what's possible with this app.

Customer service is not good. I have had an issue now for more than a month. Send numerous email and issue still not fixed. We are working on switching out this app.

Love this app! What we love even better is the support received from staff when inquiring about issues. Customer rep David Quitian is awesome! We have learned a lot from him via his insight and suggestions. Privy responds to inquiries in a timely manner and provides resolutions.

This app has not only raised our revenue, but the Privy team has been nothing but helpful and supportive. A must-have app for marketing!
