Customer service is not good. I have had an issue now for more than a month. Send numerous email and issue still not fixed. We are working on switching out this app.

Love this app! What we love even better is the support received from staff when inquiring about issues. Customer rep David Quitian is awesome! We have learned a lot from him via his insight and suggestions. Privy responds to inquiries in a timely manner and provides resolutions.

This app has not only raised our revenue, but the Privy team has been nothing but helpful and supportive. A must-have app for marketing!

I'm not very tecky, but once I got the hang of it, I was really able to take advantage of the features. I love that all my info like font, colors and social links get saved for future campaigns, which saves a lot of time. i contacted the help support one time and they were extremely helpful. Happy to have this app(launched first ecomm store last March)

I initially reviewed Privy and warded 2 stars, now after more use 1 star is awarded. It just doesn't do the basics right. Try and segment your Privy data and you are told to import from Shopify. The data is already in Privy. This is crazy and dangerous, creating more customer data on spreadsheets should be avoided. On top of this, they've introduced a huge price increase because of all the functionality they have supposedly added. Avoid, find something better.

I have only had the app a week so far but the onboarding and customer service is top notch. Privy has several of the other apps I have all in one place. It’s amazing so far.

From excellent training to excellent customer service, this app is the best. As a small business, I have gained so much from my interactions with Daniel P on setting up my campaigns to getting billing and plan assistance from Jose R. This is an excellent service that keeps getting better!

2 sales in the first 24 hours. It works, plain and simple it works. The onboarding that I was looking for. It was the educational content that attracted me to Privy and made me pull the trigger on this software app rather than go with a competition. For the tech Un-savvy users the Support Crew is all-important. Go Frankie, well done.

Signed up as it was recommended online. So far, the customer service is incredible, extremely fast, and I'm actually really excited about using this App. Very pleased so far!

Great app. Terrible pricing. Klaviyo really needs to fix their pop-up builder as using Privy just for pop-ups is not economical. Privy should really offer a non-email plan for customers who just want to collect.

I just have to say...WOW! I'm super impressed! I signed up with you back in March to try to collect emails and build our client base. We've had over 150,000 people to our site, with 955 sign ups and only 130 orders. After listening to some Privy podcasts from an email I received, I knew I needed to change something. Last Friday I started offering 10% off their first order if they signed up. We went from .6% conversion rate to 6%! 78 sign ups and 23 orders just over the weekend. I have a few more things I want to do in regards to order follow-ups to help increase excitement, but we're on our way and super excited for the results we've already seen! Thank you!!!

The apps email integrations have leak emails - it keeps sending an email out from months ago, but only to a few people at a time. Customer service was unresponsive when we reached out for help. In addition, the pop-up timers are off and not holding saved changes.

I have been using Privy for over a year. I finally met with Daniel from teh Onboarding team, why did I not do this before? He was awesome, gave me some great ideas and made the changes for me (yay to that!). I have already increased my opt ins in just the 3 days since we met. Anyway I love Privy because it is easy to use, I am in and out of there pretty fast. And thanks Daniel for your help!

The app is too new for me to rate yet, I just started using Privy a few weeks ago, but Privy customer support is as good as it gets. They have impressed me more than any other company in any other sector when it comes to their customer service.

I was a little hesitant at first as I couldn't easily see the tiers for pricing, but it really didn't matter. I went into the free trial, created a Newsletter to start, and BAM, an abundance of sales. This is just the tip of the iceberg, but I've generated over 10k more than usual with the help of privy in a matter of about a couple of weeks, and I have not been utilizing the other features. It's definitely worthwhile!!!

I used this app to help me create awesome videos of my products. I really like how the app provides the option to make changes to the content, It would be nice if it could combine more than one product type per video.
