Privy ‑ Email, SMS & Pop Ups

Great app to help any business get more sales online through their shopify store in any niche. Recommend

Lots of possibilities in terms of templates and promotions - pretty easy to customize and can be done by novice users. I did research quite a bit before settling on a promotion/exit-intent app - and chose Privy because was the best price for so many promotion options. The only noteworthy issue I've faced so far is when making too many customized changes, the editor can freeze or take long to load. To get around this, I just simply save and exit the editor after making multiple changes to a template and then re-open the editor and continue making any additional changes.

Great for popups so far with the exit-intent pop up. Great customer service. Have enjoyed this so far!

Great email capturing capabilities. We have been able to collect emails through their various popup designs.

Wow! Tech support has improved so much! I went from a two star (because it was not good before) to now 5 star plus! The chat with Jose M. was patient, instructive - and fixed everything. Privy is my favorite app now.

Having some issues with branding our emails. When the app sends email confirmations and newsletters they come with the Privy brand. I believe this is not good for any business and I am surprised no one else has complained . We have been chatting to support for almost 2 days now and still not clear answer. Not very happy with this, plus a bit expensive for the service.

This app is amazing! We've been using it for about a year and are really happy with the sign ups, email functionality and marketing tools. It has more than paid for itself with sales and new conversions. The support is terrific. Highly recommend!

App surpassed my expectations! Ended up getting more new sign-ups than I ever imagined! Support has been great, including the coaching.

The customer service and trainings are really good, but the templates and features could really use some flexibility and design upgrades. Really looking forward when the SMS marketing becomes more integrated. Great platform for simple email marketing that gets the job done.

I used this app to get sign ups for my new book. Easy and effective. Support was excellent as I asked a question and they answered back quickly.

So far I am still learning how and when to use the app. It's user friendly and i love that chat is available .

Big fan of this app. Pop ups are very customizable. Our email capture, cross sell and exit intent pop ups are all performing well and helping drive more sales.

Even after the discount period is barred, Discount has been activated because of this app. Beware while using this one!

I use privvy to send my email newsletters and have been very happy with how easy it is to use and the conversions of sales.

I agree with Cjartcanada everything about this popup software is confusing and difficult to get working, if I can't figure this out in another 60 minutes I will be terminating my account with Privy. How did they get away with this, its awful!

I have been using this app for 3 years for a single pop up. have about 5k a month page views, and now they have put a limit on pageviews and are charging $20 a month. Time to find a new app, nothing special that any email platform cant do.
