After losing Mailchimp we decided to try Privy for our weekly newsletter. Over all there is a learning curve, but we are hanging in there. One problem we have is getting the privy dashboard to load. It is hit and miss. Not sure why this is happening but we are going to keep using it and see how that goes. I think once we compose a few letters we will have a better feel on what we are doing and it will be fine.

It's very easy to install and has helped greatly in gaining sales through email capture and sending. loved it awsome app

Sent an email...and woke up to new sales! I recommend. Easy to use, and set up...I tried other apps and it was just too complicated...with flow charts and code. Privy is easy, quick and effective.

The new pricing of this App is ridiculous considering I don't use it for email campaigns. Going from a FREE app to being $70 a month based on PAGE VIEWS alone?! Ridiculous. Uninstalling and finding a different App. Now they'll get new customers who will pay the outlandish fees because of the high ratings from customers who used the App when it was free. Really poor, extortionist practices. I am so unimpressed. I was willing to go to a paid plan, thinking it would be 5, maybe 10 dollars a month. Nope. Absolutely not worth the 70-200% markup they're now charging customers.

We use the Privy-Exit Pop Ups & Email for our Canadian and USA storefront on Shopify. They have a very user friendly interface and I have not had any issues with the app to date. I do recommend it.

The pop-ups are very customizable and user friendly. I like the unique discount code you can create that automatically syncs with Shopify. So far so good.

at the moment it's easy to handle and start with, templates are nice enough to get the job done with good design. It will be great if the tutorial / guideline are more clear and easier to find out coz i always cannot find exactly what i want in the website. e.g. examples of how smiles work with privy ( what i can find in you tube it's just audience targeting , or this is the only function? by combining both ? ) Customer service do response for my question which really appreciate that. i would like to join the live tutorial but it was hard for me to squeeze a specific time to sit down + different time zone , which is hard to match, what a pity

I can not tell if privy works but it is easy to set up and configuring the design. Looks promising

Really good form. No complaints. We haven't had any problems with it and we have been using it now for about 6 months.

I used the Privy "Spin to Win" campaign to help grow my list. The conversion rate was 10% well above the 2% conversion rate I had with other exit intent pop-ups. Oh, and the support team is super helpful!

I currently use this app to capture persons' email addresses to keep in touch with them by updating them about what is happening on the store by of offers, new products, etc... It works just fine for me.

So far its been really easy to use Privy and the options are great. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for an email marketing platform
