Privy offers fantastic features allowing you to enhance customer interactions without being intrusive. Highly recommended!"

Henry from Privy has been phenomenal when it comes to optimising my privy account. I wasn't using a lot of the options available until our first call and Boom! things started to go up from there. There is a lot you can do with Privy and it has some great features that will help you optimise your customer contact points while being non-intrusive.

Privy has been a fantastic benefit to our business in systemising and automating a large portion of our email marketing. Whenever I need help my account manager Carley is always able to assist me in a quick manner. We will be continuing with privy throughout the coming year and look forward to driving more sales to our business!

A certain way to slow your website (just check it on google speed insight to make sure that is really slowing it). We are yet customising the app and trial gone. Spent hours to optimize text on that pop-up and lose it now. Support couldn't help me to just see what I wrote there. Support S*ks. Go away for Klaviyo no way you could compare

Very poor marketing app! There is no technical support whatsoever over the weekends. I created an email for a one hour sale and the mails have not been sent out and I cannot cancel the emails either. I cannot afford this to be sent out after the sale is over. This is the second time this is happening in 2023. The email templates are ugly and needs a lot of work.

Really bad - it keeps getting in the way when I am trying to customize my Shopify site. Can you turn it off while I am editing and working on the back end of my website?

The more I stick with the app, the more I find new ways to use it. So many features, I feel like I discover something new all the time. I now have several automated email series working at once. And the data provided by Privy let's me know if I'm on the right track. Recently set up a few landing pages for my FB ads, quick and easy. Super easy to copy and edit last week's Friday Flash Sale email, and Privy identifies engaged subscribers to send them to. Projects can be as simple or complex as you wish. Highly recommend.

I give two stars instead of one because their onboarding was fantastic. Everything else beyond that sucks. You do not get an account manager past that first onboarding meeting. You are just left on your own to figure it out. Live chat my ass. They take a long time to email you back and when they do they are not helpful. So sad. Waste of money.

Very easy to set up and use. I don't have the money for a dedicated person to do my advertising, which means it falls upon me. I can sit down, pull a few products in from my Shopify store, add some fun backgrounds, fill in the text and I'm done. Quick and easy mailers. I also set up a pop up on the website that has brought in an additional $2k just in the first week or so. Great product.

I am VERY disappointed in Shopify. They got too big and discontinued their phone service. This shows they do NOT care at all about their customer, but about MONEY! Very sad. They have also moved their chat service overseas. When available, is not very helpful. Before this change, I would have given it 5 stars, Their phone service made all the difference. If you are looking to start a website, I would keep looking.

"Office Hours" was very productive! It is so much more efficient talking with a person one on one. Dan gave me great advice and followed up with an email with all of the notes from our meeting. This was incredibly helpful as I referred to the notes to implement a few social media improvements and automations. Thank you!

Easy to set up, great customer support, and enough features to support a modern business. I especially like the built-in conditionals offering fine-grain control over where the popups get displayed throughout our site. A+

I am not sure if all these positive reviews are fake or what. I made a pop-up that is supposed to display immediately and it doesn't work correctly. I tried contacting their live chat during their business hours for the last 2 days with no response. I also emailed their support email with no response. If this is the type of customer service you can expect from Privy then I will be deleting their app.
