Great so far and super easy to use! Just trying to work out how to merge subscribers list but otherwise its good.

The customer support behind this business is shity. I submitted a Complaint and someone reached out to me Via email one time and never responded to me again. I even explained early on how I wanted to cancel my subscription and downgrade back to the free account because the paid account is not worth the extra money. A few weeks later (still no reply from the original agent who reached out or anyone else from privy) they still charged my card. DO NOT pay for a subscription it is a complete waist of money.

Used to help drive mailing list signups, can be adjusted to be very non-intrusive but also engaging. Great even in the free tier.

This app is amazing and very easy to use. I am getting very good results. Lots of customers are signing up for our newsletter.

I like that it is a free app! But however i feel like it could be a little easier and a little less work to set emails up

Easy to use but only realised chargable to send email once installed, this wasnt discussed when we migrated from Mailchimp

MailChimp is no longer available on Shopify so I'm now using Privy. 3 stars at mo as only just set up

Great app for all in products like spinner, pop up for discount or signup, fly in for exit intent, email campaigns and more. What I liked about privy is the ability to customize the spinner and pop widgets along with detailed audience targeting.

We use this right now for the pop up to sign up for emails. It's really good for that and now we're going to test it with email marketing since Mailchimp is breaking up. We thought about doing a different email marketing service but hopefully this will work well and it'll make everything easier.

My client wanted a pop-up but wanted it to be a tab at the bottom as well. This was the only app I could find that could do both beautifully!
