This app used to be fantastic. We told everyone about it. Shared it with all our merchants we knew. And the support staff were incredible. They changed their model. And became another one of those apps - that care more about enterprise customers - and less about mom and pop stores struggling.

I like that we can change colors and fonts of banners. I understand that privy needs to make money but it would be great to not have that "Privy" logo at the bottom of newsletter pop up.

This is a super helpful app and I feel that mobile optimization is or of there best features. I would definitely recommend plus I've had my store for almost a year

pretty straight forward, easy to use but need a subscription to actually send emails. emails are easy to design and look pretty nice

Very easy to use. Works well with shopify and third party email autoresponder. Still on Free Plan, so that is a bonus (although hoping to move beyond free soon!)
