I have been using Privy for almost 2 years now. Their team has always been super responsive and helpful. I've also found their platform super easy to navigate. I have been working with Carley P. for the last year and she has been awesome! She always lets me know when new features are coming out and how to optimize their platform for our business. 10/10 for Carley!

Have been using privy for quite some time now and im very happy with the services. Have also had some 1on1 help from Hakim, which has been great. He has really helped me with my email automations and campaigns a lot. Overall would recommend to anyone looking for a good app that covers all emails for business's
I like Privy because I'm not very tech savy nor do I have a business or marketing background. Privy has helped me market and brand my business. My meetings with Privy support are great - they've been very informative and helpful. I would recommend Privy especially for a small business that would like to put a lot of their email marketing on auto-pilot.
I started using Privy a few years ago and it has been key to growing my business. More recently, I began having monthly one-to-one strategy meetings with Sam (Privy Customer Success Manager) which has improved the performance amazingly! THANK YOU PRIVY + SAM!!
They Don't really help you set up things. they give you a crash course for 30 min and after that you are on your own. they don't have a direct customer service number where they can help you set up campaigns step by step. They could add that and it would be very worth it.
Privy is a good app to use for any business and they have a great supporting team that replies very quick. Thank you guys!
Good App. Helped a lot in user growth (expected from any pop up). it was easy to use but comes with very poor documentation and bad customer support. I contacted the, as for the last last 3 days pop up are disabled but still no solution.
I've been using Privy for years and can't recommend it enough. Their support team is fantastic-knowledgeable and quick to respond.
Response from the live chat was amazing, informative. The associate Karol went the extra mile to make sure to provide me extra instructions, and the issue was resolved promptly.
We've been with Privy for over four years and came over from mailchimp. We have worked with our Privy specialist teaching and helping with all aspects from campaigns, automation and pop ups and new trends. It has been the best personalize service and Privy accounts for over 25% of sales consistantly. We honestly couldn't have scaled without the professional care they have had for our small business.
We've been using Privy for a couple of years now and it has been great! Their customer service is excellent and they offer some incredible features that help our business hone in on our desired target audiences. For example, we're able to utilize different contact lists to help us identify which customers might need a little extra push to visit our e-shop and eventually purchase our products. I definitely recommend using Privy!
I have been using the app for about a month and its going well! We have seen some sales from our campaigns and automation, which is great (means the emails are being seen and delivered, which was one of our concerns starting with a new app like this). So far, the only thing I would LOVE to see improved is the reporting and tracking functions. It is not easy to figure out which of your customers interacted or purchased. I also would like the ability to see the contacts in the segments, this seems like a big miss - I don't want to blast 70-900 people (or even 2) without having any idea who they are or if it was filtered correctly.

I have used Privy for over two and a half years. It's one of those non-negotiable expenses for my business. Working with a Customer Success Manager is key -- they are so brilliant with conversion rates and popups and email campaigns. I have learned an enormous amount of general ecomm info from my rep that I have been able to implement immediately to my store. This app has saved my store from going under during a tumultuous economy and unstable times. I'm so thankful for Privy and the team there, and will continue to be a privy customer for life.
We've been using Privy for about 9 months now, having switched from Mailchimp when we redesigned our website. The conversion displays and automations have been a game changer for us, bringing in more subscribers and revenues. The team are fantastic - shoutout to Vickee and Henry for being incredibly helpful! The only small negatives so far have been pricing (which of course is proportional to the size of your business and may be worth it) and a couple of smaller technical issues which the team are constantly improving. Overall, we would definitely recommend.
I've been using Privy for about 4 years now. I started using their pop-up displays to collect emails because they had the best customization options. I now run all my email campaigns and automations through Privy. They offered me a better price for an email marketing platform than MailChimp ever did for me and their customer service and customer success managers are absolutely fantastic. I've been working with Carley P. for a year and a half now and she has been the most friendly, reliable, consistent account manager I've ever worked with. She goes above and beyond offering ideas and feedback for my emails, providing resources, and getting me in touch with the right Privy people if I ever have an issue. She's helped me clean my email list, set up so many different automations and cart savers that have brought my online store revenue. I also appreciate how Privy is constantly improving their platform offering new tools, smart segments, automations, etc. that make my life as a small business owner much easier. This app has come a long way since I started using it and I would highly recommend it to any business in need of website pop ups and email marketing.
Outstanding value- I get about 4x to 5x ROI from my monthly fee, well worth it- great customer support. No complaints in over 4 years !

WE LOVE PRIVY!! We were using another email platform but also used privy for our pop ups. After speaking with a few of their representatives, we decided to move all business over to privy and i'm so glad we did! Their customer service is unmatched (SHOUTOUT TO CARLEY, KAROL, AND HENRY) and my inquiries are ALWAYS met with so much help and offers to jump on a call. YOU NEED THIS APP!
