I couldn't get their "wizard" to actually work correctly. After going round and round providing the same information multiple times, their support completely stopped corresponding with me. I guess if they thought if they ignored me, the issue would just go away. Terrible experience.

It does allow my customers to add descriptions to my custom products, but when it comes to images, it doesn't work. Now I have to contact my customer for a picture that I should of had when they made their purchase. This makes me look unprepare and unprofesstional. I will uninstall.

I really love this app. The app is very simple to navigate through and set up and works very well with the shopify platform. The new addition of the setup wizard makes for even more functionality and options to enhance the look of the options on the product pages. The customer service provided is very efficient and responses and fixes are very quick.

Very easy-to-use functionality included. It even gives you the option to make design changes for each type of field. Other similar apps that I’ve tried require coding. The team is also responsive and supportive. Highly recommend!

Update: I needed help as the synchronization was off when creating new products in Shopify. On Sunday Aman wrote to ask if we could do a screen share this morning? He called and in 5 minutes everything was fixed. It needed a new sync and all is well. I really like this app and its people. They work hard and the app saves me hours. I have been using this app on both of my Shopify stores for 8 years. Recently, I had a new theme installed and this app would not re-install. When I contacted customer support, Sheniel worked on it immediately and found that a file was blocking images and apps. It turns out the Shopify expert installed an optimization snippet file that did the blocking. An optimization file that slowed down the website. Without Sheniel’s help we would still be looking for the answer. And, yes this app allows you more bariants than the Shopify limit of 3.....great app, great people.

Excellent customer service! First of all, the app is super easy to use and allows my customers to upload photos directly to my site for personalized orders. When I switched themes I had an issue with the app and they helped me right away. Thank you!

I use the app in almost all my products on my store. This is definitely one of the best apps out there. But what I like the most is the outstanding customer service, they are super fast and helpful! I had an issue when installing a new theme, and they fixed it right away. Highly recommended

There is good customer service, there is great customer service and then there's FANTASTIC customer service. The guys from Product Customizer fall into that last category. Their tool works perfectly and if it doesn't, support is always there for a helping hand. Five stars.
