VOL Product Fees & Surcharges

Great onboarding support. Quick, personalized, and complete. Even though I'm not going to be able to add personalized fees on my draft orders in the "Payment" section, I got it added on the "Products" section in an automatic way. The limitation comes directly from Shopify, so the product is solid.

Vol goes beyond what is expected with support. I don't think they ever sleep! - Vugar ( the founder) seems to always be active on the chat - ready to help solve issues or answer questions! Very happy so far with the App which provides some functions that Shopify does not provide. App needs some minor tweaks - but we are working together to solve those. Highly recommend the App not only the product but even more for the support.

This app feels much more polished than others we tried. The UX is clean and everything is easy to understand. Support also in place when we needed them.

The rules setup is very flexible. We can apply fees exactly where needed without weird limitations we had before - I am aware of Shopify limits for non Plus stores. I got support by founder and everything was explained in detials.

We’ve tried other fee apps before, had many front issues, but this one has been the best fit for us. It’s just works, works as expected, and gives us the flexibility we need for custom surcharges. Customer support was done by founder, and it was great

One of the biggest reasons we moved was reliability. Our previous app would sometimes not apply fees, but VOL has been consistent across all orders so far - POS and draft order we used for B2B cusotmers.
