We’ve been using the Upcharge app and it has worked exactly as we needed. I had a few issues with the initial configuration, but Angie and Evgeniya were incredibly helpful in getting everything resolved straight away. Their support was prompt, clear, and genuinely above and beyond. The app itself runs smoothly and does exactly what it promises, but what really stands out is the level of service behind it. Knowing that there’s such a responsive and capable team available makes a huge difference. Highly recommend both the app and the wonderful team behind it.

I don't normally leave reviews but these guys went way above and beyond to help me so I couldn't not! The app has been a lifesaver in being able to charge the US tariff fees that I'm now having to pay when shipping goods there. Despite watching all the helpful videos I was still stuck, so they went in and changed the necessary settings for me. Not only that but they replied several times to my initial struggles on a Sunday, which I absolutely wasn't expecting at all! Very very helpful people, highly recommend!

App is great and more functional than others that we have used that didn't always work (e.g. product limits). Support was great on fixing an issue (that was self inflicted!). Would recommend

Maggie is absolutely amazing at her customer support! We spoke very briefly about our issue and she was off and running making the necessary corrections to get our business back up and running in no time! This app was a a godsend with the introduction of tariffs on the products we sell into the United States. It took a little configuring and working with tech support to get it working how we needed but we're really happy with the result. I'm not sure what we would be doing now if it wasn't for this app. Their customer service is really responsive and helpful as well.

Really solid app — setup was simple and didn’t take much time. We used it to add import tariffs, and it worked just the way we needed. Didn’t even have to reach out to support. We’ll see how it goes over time, but so far, it’s been great.

We needed this app for a particular use case to charge shipping on products that are certain marked in the backend as "don't require shipping" for technical reasons. So far it works really well and support has been super helpful and responsive with customizing the look and feel, answering questions and resolving any issues along the way

我最近用咗「upCharge Fees Addons Surcharge」呢個 Shopify App，真係超級幫手。唔單止可以靈活加附加費、服務費同加購項目，而且遇到 add to cart 問題時，佢哋客服非常快就幫我解決。推薦比所有需要收額外費用或者提供加購選項嘅店主，一定唔會失望！

Downloaded and added this app after having issues with another app not loading. Did have a singular issue that was resolved within a few hours and no longer have the issues. I am using this app to add fees for handling and service fees to pass onto the customer. It's been a breeze to use. I do recommend this app for anyone needing this service.

We use UpCharge to help pass along the credit card fees that we are charged. At one point I needed product support and their team was quick to respond and resolve the issue. I received a response and answer within minutes of emailing them.
