L'application est facile à installer, le service à la clientèle est rapide et efficace pour les personnalisations ou les problèmes à régler (Merci Clara!). L'ajout des filtres est une fonction très appréciée de nos clientes! Seul bémol : il faut synchroniser manuellement l'app chaque fois qu'on fait des modifications à nos collections (collections automatiques) car ce processus ne se fait pas automatiquement. Ce serait bien que cette synchro se fasse automatiquement à intervalles réguliers.

Avec un suivi par mail, pour s’assurer que tout se passait bien dans les semaines qui suivaient. Needed a small customization to the filtering functionality. After clarifying my requirements Globo staff addressed the request within a day. Many app developers do not provide this kind of quick turnaround. Quite pleased with the result and the process of getting the change implemented.

So far they've been responsive and quick to fix our issues (all setup driven issues). We had some minor issues with displays that they fixed immediately and the search now does everything we need. So far, so good.

Huge thanks to Clara for her exceptional help today. She diagnosed our YMM filter problem immediately, walked us through the correct setup (CSV mapping, dependent filters, re-index), and stayed until everything worked perfectly. Poor Support system. No Live support during installations. Bit complex if you have already a filter in place.
