Love this app. I contacted support to help with the color customization and spoke to Helen who helped me get everything sorted out. Highly recommend!

There are tons of benefits to this app and really just one con: there is no real documentation on how to implement, configure, and customize your filters. If you're a DIYer or a dev using the app, you will need to work with their support team. The upside is, their support team is great. The filters work great, are easy to setup, and their team is always quick to respond and help with any issues in our configuration, implementation, and guidance on customization or any other particular questions. The app does get extremely expensive depending on your catalog size, but our site could not work without it, and the competitors do not offer a comparable experience.

Helen and her team executed our highly detailed customization requests with speed and clarity; working with them has been the smoothest and easiest experience. This is the filtering app I would recommend, and the only one worth using on your Shopify store.

Great app with amazing features and functionalities. Amazing customer services, always so quick with responding and they are always happy to help with any of my queries whatsoever. They have helped a lot with many development work and helping to make the app suit and enhance the theme of our website. The only thing that I wish to improve is that the visual merchandising changes of my collection page categories are not being replicated on the front end and I have to manually sync the app with the website via the app again which takes a few minutes to be processed around 10mins but it does increase as the amount of product in the website increases. If this side was fixed it would be amazing. Best Regards David

We had some problems getting the app to appear on our storefront, but their customer support team was extremely helpful and had it working in 24 hours!

It's a good app which is intuitive to use and any bugs that occour do get fixed by a manual refresh or by the support team (special mention to Helen)
