Great App, great Customer Support! This App solves a lot of things simultaneously. We have a heavy individualised shop, lots of non-standard-code. The Support team is always fast to respond and eager to solve whatever issues arise. There hasn't been a single issue, where the support wasn't at their heels and created solutions. It's refreshing to be working with such an enthusiastic and capable team. Shoutout to Helen for always being nice and responsive

1- YOU WILL ALWAYS HERE THIS : SORRY ITS NIGHT TIME, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OMMMMMMMMMG !!!! 2- I've been using Smart Filter & Search app for many months and I'm extremely disappointed with both the product quality and customer service. MAJOR ISSUES: Broken Filters - The filters I configure disappear regularly for no reason. This is a recurring problem that makes the app completely useless. No Customer Support - I reported this issue 20 DAYS AGO. Their response: "It's in progress." No real solution, no follow-up, just empty promises. No Compensation - Despite this major malfunction, no refund, no discount, no gesture of compensation. They keep charging me for an app that doesn't work. Overpriced - The app is expensive for the poor quality it offers. And what it does offer doesn't even function properly. MY FINAL VERDICT: Don't waste your money. This app is expensive, useless, and the customer service don't resolve your technical problems. Find an alternative - there are plenty of better options out there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AT ALL.

Have been using this app for years and ran into my first issue just recently. I hit up support (shout out to little Helen) and they responded almost immediately, within 20minutes my issue was resolved and I couldn’t be happier. Great app, great support, worth 5 stars!

Absolutely amazing app and support team! I had several custom needs and small display issues when integrating the filter system into my theme. I thought it would take days to solve, but the team was incredibly responsive — everything was fixed in less than 24 hours! Their answers were always clear, effective, and on point. Special thanks to Steven and Helene for their support, professionalism, and patience. Highly recommend if you're looking for a powerful product filter with outstanding customer service!
