I’ve had a fantastic experience with the team behind the Smart Product Filter & Search App. When I reached out with a request involving custom filters and data recovery, they responded almost immediately and went above and beyond to help resolve my issues. We use this filtering app in our product search on our Shopify store. We have over 2000+ products, 40+ collections and 500+ pages/blogs, so filtering is crucial! The features in the app have been relatively useful. We recently did run into some default code issues that searched suggestions / actions filter names within collections tab by default. However, Helen helped trouble shoot this with their development team and we had a resolution within 48 hrs. Very helpful, prompt service given that some customers informed us that they didn't buy from us because no items returned for their search criteria.

I’ve been using the Globo Search and Filter app on my store and have been thoroughly impressed not only by its functionality but also by the incredible support team behind it. Easy and fast support

Awesome help right away!

Unfortunately, we've had nothing but negative experiences with this application and their support team. I've had to manually sync the app every 15 minutes today or the application will show the products as sold out on site. We've checked everything on the back end and this is 100% due to the application malfunctioning. I'd email them but we've never received a response from the developer in the last 2 years. We're moving on to another service that provides customer support.

This app has been amazing for my business. Periodically have some minor updates I would like to make to the way my products show up and the team is always super helpful and quick to respond.

I have been using this application for several years now and I find it to be extremely helpful for managing products within larger collections. I am frequently testing and playing around with different themes on our store which causes alot of self inflicted problems and their customer support is always extremely quick and helpful at resolving my issues. Helen was the last person I've worked with and was exceptionally great but I've had a pleasant experience with everyone else I've encountered in the past aswell.

This app is a great tool for our business. It helps customers find their products by searching or filtering. The customer support, especially Helen is great to work with. I would not only recommend to use this app, but the Globo suite in general. The UI of the app is easy to use, and any customisations you need, their development team will implement for you quickly and easily. The Globo customer service team and as good as it gets, fast replies and quick solutions.
