This is a great filter app - easy to use, yet offers lots of advanced features. The customer support team is very helpful as well. Highly recommend!

Boost Commerce has been great. They have a complex product and I've had to ask a lot of questions and they have been super responsive and helpful. If you are looking for a great filter, boost is a fantastic option.

Filter used for my Impulse theme. There were some issues, but they were resolved within 24 hours. Very very good support, don't cancel immediately if it doesn't work. It's worth the effort.

Super helpful and friendly customer service. The app is easy to use. They are there to answer all questions and help with everything we need. The basic theme does not provide the filter & search we are looking for. Adding this app definitely help our customer find what they are looking for. I cannot thank boost enough for their help.

I really like the search and filter options of this app. We had some issues integrating the instant search widget to our site but the team were on hand to support and resolved the problems quickly and efficiently. Looking forward to seeing what else we can achieve with this app.

I must say this is the best product filter & search app after using it for around 6 months. I offers lots of advanced features to set up filter trees for our collections. I even can choose to push all out of stock products to the end of the collection page which makes the store look well organised and more professional. More importantly, customer support team has been amazing to help me with every single request to set up features in the app. I want to shout out to Jack Vu who has been enthusiastic, supportive and promptly in helping us with our customisation request for our store. We installed in 2021 and had major issues - app removed half the products from our store one day, and a few weeks later the app crashed (taking our collections with it). So we uninstalled. But the Boost team has since then set-up a second server to prevent crashes, and the missing products issue has not re-occured (although it is important to click 'Sync' on the app after re-arranging products in collections or else they disappear). The Boost team has been really responsive and taken very good care of us. Five stars for support! We love the functionality of the app - that we can decide by which tags the products are filtered. However it does make our collections 1-2 seconds slower to load. So long-term we are seeking a native-code solution - it seems crazy to take the risks of an external app just to filter products on our site. But until then this is the best solution we've found.

Terrible customer service, I have to constantly repeat myself in order to get their bugs fixed and they tried to charge me for that as well. Their customer service rep Jayson is the biggest time waster there is, at one point he wasted an entire month of my time without doing ANYTHING. Look elsewhere, these people have lost their reputation and their competitors are getting ahead of them. I've been a customer for over 5 years and I'm leaving.

Every CS team I met at Boost was very friendly and responded promptly with practical and easy-to-follow solutions, especially Aron, Jay, Marcel and Luly. I know I listed many names, but they all are great! If there are some customization required, they are very open to hear my needs and help me aim the goal with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Although the more products your store has, the higher your payment will be, but I guarantee all the great features Boost app have will pay off. Try to learn available features and reach out for help if needed. In closing, if I add some wish features, it would be much nicer to strengthen Analytics by enabling to see more than 365 days data as well as individual option/search keywords' performance in depth. Highly recommended
