Manages searches and filtering very well. Support team is probably one of the best things about this app. Quick to respond and solved any issues created.

We installed in 2021 and had major issues - app removed half the products from our store one day, and a few weeks later the app crashed (taking our collections with it). So we uninstalled. But the Boost team has since then set-up a second server to prevent crashes, and the missing products issue has not re-occured (although it is important to click 'Sync' on the app after re-arranging products in collections or else they disappear). The Boost team has been really responsive and taken very good care of us. Five stars for support! We love the functionality of the app - that we can decide by which tags the products are filtered. However it does make our collections 1-2 seconds slower to load. So long-term we are seeking a native-code solution - it seems crazy to take the risks of an external app just to filter products on our site. But until then this is the best solution we've found.

Terrible customer service, I have to constantly repeat myself in order to get their bugs fixed and they tried to charge me for that as well. Their customer service rep Jayson is the biggest time waster there is, at one point he wasted an entire month of my time without doing ANYTHING. Look elsewhere, these people have lost their reputation and their competitors are getting ahead of them. I've been a customer for over 5 years and I'm leaving.

Love the app, much better than the standard shopify filter! They even helped me with a custom request, which i'm sure will increase shopability and conversion rate

Every CS team I met at Boost was very friendly and responded promptly with practical and easy-to-follow solutions, especially Aron, Jay, Marcel and Luly. I know I listed many names, but they all are great! If there are some customization required, they are very open to hear my needs and help me aim the goal with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude. Although the more products your store has, the higher your payment will be, but I guarantee all the great features Boost app have will pay off. Try to learn available features and reach out for help if needed. In closing, if I add some wish features, it would be much nicer to strengthen Analytics by enabling to see more than 365 days data as well as individual option/search keywords' performance in depth. Highly recommended

Great customer service and support! I initially had few issues with my theme but the team helped me resolve them in no time and now it works perfectly fine. Absolutely recommend it!

We have been very happy using Product Filter & Search. It has enhanced the user experience on our site, and improved conversions. The support team is always extremely responsive and helpful. This app is amazing. And the boost commerce customer support is even better. So far, all of my questions could be answered and even individual customization requests were neatly implemented in my shop. I can really recommend it. 5 Stars.

If you want a serious webshop this the #1 app I recommend over anything else. If you make shops for clients this app will especially make them happy and impressed.
