On paper and in theory it is an excellent app, but that wasn't the case for us! Simply full of glitches and bugs, not what you want for the price. The app interjects its own cart instead of the shopify native cart, this is a huge fail! It compromises the experience for customers to checkout in a negative way. Definitely not designed for mobile phones, extremely clustered and slow loading. We had lots of customer contact us as they were confused of what's in their cart Customer service is a hit and miss, considering how much time you will be on the chat trying to sort out issue, I would stay away from this app if you are planning on using it on a full scale online business.

Newly added this app to our store. It looks very promising. Trying to set up the build-your-own-box bundle now. Their tool is very intuitive. I had a cookie-related issue when I was adding the app and it got sorted very quickly after escalated it to Support. Also, I asked for a missing feature and was happy to learn that they are already planning to release it soon. Thanks again to Ceren and all the people behind this app.

Let me start with the customer service. Their customer service is AMAZING! Hands down 5 out of 5! I love the app. After searching for months, almost a year, I finally found the app for my shirt business. Easy to use after getting the hang of it. You are literally a chat away for a human assistant if you may have any questions. No question is silly for them! As soon as I can schedule an automatic start and end date/time for my bundles, I will give it a 5+ stars! UPDATE: Please make PickyStory available on mobile (ANDROID) and table.

Increased price of app by 5x! We have been using this app for a couple of years just for the combo product feature - really disappointed they increased our monthly price from $30 to $169! Have now found another app called Simple Bundle which is only $24 a month and does the same thing.

PickyStory is super helpful, and takes the headache out of inventory management when building bundles. It's also helped us reduce our returns and increase sales!

I have been searching for a bundle app that offers more customizations as far as the bundle as products. When I downloaded the app and chatted with Ugur Can, he was able to get me the customized look I have been searching multiple other apps for. Thank you for helping me.
