Increased price of app by 5x! We have been using this app for a couple of years just for the combo product feature - really disappointed they increased our monthly price from $30 to $169! Have now found another app called Simple Bundle which is only $24 a month and does the same thing.

PickyStory is super helpful, and takes the headache out of inventory management when building bundles. It's also helped us reduce our returns and increase sales!

I have been searching for a bundle app that offers more customizations as far as the bundle as products. When I downloaded the app and chatted with Ugur Can, he was able to get me the customized look I have been searching multiple other apps for. Thank you for helping me. I will not become a customer with Bundles Upsell.

10/10 Love this app and the support team are absolutely awesome. They will build a bundle for you and send you videos of how they did it so that you can replicate it yourself. They also take on suggestions for future releases as well.

An element wasn't visualizing correctly and Ceren helped point me to an error I'd made in the code. She was able to show me via Loom where the error was. Great help!!

Excellent customer service. This app is exactly what I was looking for. Shopify wouldn't allow me to create bundles with variants the way I wanted to. But I'm now able to customize my offers.

Honestly, this is a decent App. I loved the UI and it's so easy to get started, but unfortunately, the support isn't what it used to be. I had used them in the past, and decided to give them a try to find another way to display my cross-sell. Unfortunately, I ran into issues displaying the App on my theme. But, working worked with other App developers in the past who have been able to work around this, I expected the same from this team. That was not the case. I explained this situation to one of the agents who advised me they would escalate the matter. When I hadn't heard from the team, I emailed the agents and informed what other 3rd party shopify app developers had mentioned. Immediately, I heard back from the team telling me that it was exactly as the other developers had said and advised me to reach out to my developer to fix. I explained that my theme isn't an issue but the app is not displaying appropriately and I haven't heard back. Again, I've worked with Pickstory in the past. And had the same theme and the App work fine. The support at the time was AMAZING. I'm not a programmer but I don't think my theme is the issue since this worked before. And I hate using this review as a means to reach out but when I tried to check in on the matter, I haven't heard back. It's a good app, but if you have issues, you will be advised to reach out to your developer
