We installed the app and it was pretty straight forward to understand. We put together a few bundle discounts etc. and it worked right away. We had a few problems because our setting were not set right and i used the chat help service. They were fast, fixed the problem for me, and then helped me understand how I could do it better. Leizel and Ceren were amazing and I love it when a company has good support. Theirs was excellent. Thank you guys!

Very good value. The combo product functionality helped us improve the stocktake with our PIM and improve the UX for customers buying bundles. The customer service is friendly and responsive. Our ecomm lead has recommended PickyStory to three other vendors since we employed it on our site. We've had do to a bit of CSS customising to get it perfect within our theme and there are sometimes some things popping up that we don't want, but a chat to customer service fixes it. If you compare the cost of PickyStory against web development for customised bundle functionality, this is such good value.

The support team with this App is great! They have a support team made up of great professionals like Roziel, who took the time to understand the requirements of the deals I was trying to make. Roziel then helped me configure the App so I could display my pricing tiers exactly as I needed them.

I've tried several bundle apps and this is the most complete and easy to use and it produces good looking widgets unlike some others I tried that would have required messing with the CSS. The service via chat responds immediately.

Responded so quickly when I used the chat service. UI is pretty as well, some of the other bundling apps look quite ugly.

Amazing customer service and simple to use I started using PickyStory to create bulk discount deals but then added bundles, BOGO and mix and match. Since installing it many more items and bundles have become available and it gets better with time. What really sets them apart is that the personal customer service is amazing. I am in Australia and every time I have needed help I have had a reply within minutes from a real person that solves my problem immediately. I definitely recommend.
