I'm very much at the beginning of my experience with this App, but when I ran into some confusion, Ugur Can at the help/chat was fantastically helpful and went out of his way to make sure I could get the bundle on the right page! He was very patient, and did a video for me as well!

This is app has really given me pain in my butt. I told them to solve a issue I was facing after turning one off there option they weren't able to do that and told me to do so... What kind of support is this who tells there clients to solve the issue by there own self's?

The app is brilliant so far. We have been using another Bundle app for many years but decided to make a change after dealing with a lot of support delays and ongoing small issues. The support alone from PickyStory is excellent.

Increased price of app by 5x! We have been using this app for a couple of years just for the combo product feature - really disappointed they increased our monthly price from $30 to $169! Have now found another app called Simple Bundle which is only $24 a month and does the same thing.

The App has some very good potential. It has great features and looks pretty clean. It can get a bit confusing but luckily the customer support is super helpful and will help you regarding everything! One of the best customer services I have experienced so far... :)

I have been searching for a bundle app that offers more customizations as far as the bundle as products. When I downloaded the app and chatted with Ugur Can, he was able to get me the customized look I have been searching multiple other apps for. Thank you for helping me. I will not become a customer with Bundles Upsell.

In general we've had a good experience with this app but just this week it seems to have glitched out and isn't working on any of our bundles--I can't get to the dashboard so can't get to chat for support. Could someone please email me to fix this? [email protected]

The team is super friendly and very helpful. Their live chat system is great, I had a question about setting up an upsell and a few minutes later they just did it for me. Super happy with the app, I would highly recommend it!
