This app has been an absolute game-changer for our Shopify shop. We offer a wide range of personalized products, and the customization options, text fields, and customer image uploads work seamlessly. It’s intuitive for customers to use and saves us a huge amount of back-and-forth after checkout. Setup was straightforward, support has been responsive when needed, and the app scales beautifully as our product line grows. Highly recommend for any shop offering custom products.

I’m using this app for selling personalized card products, and so far I’m very satisfied with it. The app works well for my needs, and whenever I encountered a problem, the support team responded very quickly and resolved the issue efficiently. They also mentioned that a preview feature for edits will be released soon, which will make customization even better. I’m really looking forward to this update. Overall, a very useful app with great support.

OPTIS Product Options offers a lot of flexibility for adding product options. It’s easy to use and works smoothly, even with more complex setups. The only feature I still miss is proper support for multilingual stores. Overall, a very solid app that I enjoy working with.

I literally just got this app today because the aesthetic caught my eye and it feels way better than other similar apps I’ve tried. they have incredible support as well! everyone I’ve interacted with has been super helpful, skilled, and professional. I'm so excited to continue using this on my site because one of the friendly and amazing staff member (Katlyn) made some adjustments to help match my specific website theme, and she did it without me even asking for it! I'm so glad I found this app :D

The devs for this app go above and beyond, not just customer service, they actively work with you to get exactly what you need out of their app, walk you through the complexities, and offer the best round the clock support I've ever seen in this space. Seriously if your looking to offer options, variants and bundles, and want the best dev team on shopify on your side, get OPTIS, you wont be disappointed!

I’m beyond satisfied with the overall service. The customer support team was always quick to respond and very professional, providing clear and helpful answers whenever I needed assistance. What impressed me a lot was the involvement of the development team, they went the extra mile to help me customize the design and animations exactly to my needs. The communication was smooth, the turnaround time was fast, and the final result exceeded my expectations.
