Everything works perfectly! The app is very flexible and integrates seamlessly into our product pages. What really stands out is the support — absolutely outstanding. They responded quickly, understood exactly what I needed, and implemented all requested adjustments (even on mobile) without any issues. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a powerful and customizable product options app with top-tier support.

I'm still getting familiar with all the features, but one thing is already clear: the customer support here is on a different level. We recently installed Optis on our new website and it is working well so far. The Optis team were very quick to assist us with tweaks we needed during installation. It's allowed us to offer a much wider variety of options for our products with some useful conditional logic applied based on what the customer selects.

Very good app that does what it promises. It’s reliable, easy to use, and the support team is impressively responsive and helpful. I’ve had a smooth experience overall with no major issues. That said, there’s still room for improvement — a few additional features and small refinements would make it truly excellent. Also, please stop pushing customers to leave reviews so frequently, as it can feel a bit intrusive. Looking forward to future updates. Definitely worth trying.
