For the most part I would recommend this app. It did not work "out of the box" for me, and we had to go back and forth via email to get the features to work (they were very responsive and asked for some admin privileges to get it working). They did ask me to leave a review in every single email they sent, and continued emailing me to ask for a review long after my problems were fixed. They are one of the few apps that did what I needed for free however, so I guess that's the trade off.

Good support team, well crafted app. This app solved many issues other apps were unable to, including customers being able to remove the personalization upcharge item.

They have some of the most amazing customer support. The support team replies fast and helps with any issues! They helped me setup everything and helped fixed things for my store.

The app was exactly what I wanted I was able to add all the variants I wanted and Didn't have to go through a tedious process to set up where the options showed on my product page and the customer support is top notch

Product Variant Options by BSS Commerce is an absolutely superior product. It's an elegant, well-designed solution for Shopify stores with product lines that have a complex array of variants. If you're looking for an app that will implement both product pricing with dynamic updating AND conditional logic - look no further. It handles the creation and assignment of option sets beautifully, as well. When I did run into an issue, their support team was friendly, professional, and handled the problem that very same evening for me. I cannot recommend this product highly enough!

Support staff is great! They are responsive and solve the issues effectively and efficiently. The app overall is a good. It does exactly what its design to do and accomplishes what is not "standard" from Shopify.

Amazing customer service and app! We had a few issues with integration due to the pre-existing customizations to our theme, but the BSS Team was so responsive and helpful in ensuring everything worked properly. As all the other commenters have said, this app comes with excellent customer service - even though they're across the globe and a 12hr time difference from me, I wake up to things being fixed, with very pleasant customer service messages in my inbox. The app does what I wanted it to do - it allows me to add more varied options for products in my shop, and add photo swatches with additional details easily.

I love that they will always reply me promptly when I have trouble in the app. They always aim to settle my problem within a day and willing to work overtime for me just to settle my problem as they know how important it is to me. From the start of helping me to settle the problem they never find me troublesome and never give up on their work. They go extra mile by giving me advice and helping me to change the colors of the button as well. Their app have so much extra features which other app doesn't have it. I highly recommend this app to everyone. Also wanted to special thanks Jennie and the technician Duong Nguyen Du for the help. They always explain clearly to me and ensuring that I understand how the app works. My problem is finally solved. I hope that my 1 last problem will be solve in the near future which they are currently working on it. Thank you so much for creating such a wonderful app.

This app has been perfect for my needs. I love the way I can show so many more variants now, and the way I can choose the colour options to show up is perfect for my needs. I have just received amazing support from Jolie Nguyen and our dev Nguyen Duc Duong who were polite, efficient and effective. Great service, great app.

This app is very easy to maintain and set up! I did have an issue with the discount code box showing up. But I contacted customer service and Emma helped me through it all! Very caring and listened well to my concerns. Also even checking up after a few days to make sure I was happy with the set up.

I downloaded and used the Product & Variants Options app, and I have to say that I am thoroughly impressed with it. Initially, I had a lot of questions and concerns about the settings and how to make the options work effectively on my site. However, I was able to reach out to the app's support team, and I was lucky enough to be assisted by Jolie Nguyen. They are very responsive and professional, and they go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are satisfied. I was extremely impressed with the level of customer service that I received, and it is clear that the team is genuinely committed to ensuring that their users have the best experience possible. Jolie was the most patient and helpful supporter who took the time to walk me through the entire setup process. She provided me with all the necessary information and was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. She even went the extra mile to help me contact the developer, Nguyen Duc Duong, when I encountered some issues while using the app. Even if my questions are extreme, they both found a way to figure it out. The stress of creating a website that needs so many variations for each of our product is extreme and we have tried any different apps but this by far is better than the others! The simplicity of the app and the variations of the option sets excelled the other apps by far. The interface is very user-friendly, making it accessible even for those who are not tech-savvy. All-in-all, if you are looking for a versatile and user-friendly app that can help you add custom options to your products, then the Product & Variants Options app is an excellent choice. With its intuitive interface, robust features, and excellent support team, you can't go wrong with this app. I highly recommend it!
