Poor support for an otherwise great app. This app would be really great if the support would actually resolve the issues that come up with the app. Instead, the support team teases a solution, but doesn't actually cary it out, or does so only after multiple re-confirmations of the issue.

The app works flawlessly and is incredibly straightforward to use. On the rare occasions when I’ve needed help, the support team has been amazingly attentive — they respond quickly and actually take the time to walk you through any issue. It’s refreshing to use a product backed by people who genuinely care about their users. I highly recommend this app if you want something reliable and well-supported.

This app has been really easy to use and the support has been quick and helpful. I love that I can add question forms within my product pages. I haven't come across another app that does this so simply. No issues at all.

Customer service is excellent! If you need assistance they have a chat feature and will walk you through whatever you need help with. I have never had such a great experience with any shopify app like this.

Optis has been fantastic to work with. Their customer support is easily the best I’ve experienced on Shopify, with fast response times and clear guidance. They’ve helped me with some fairly technical questions and setup steps, and everything has been handled smoothly. The app itself is running perfectly so far and has been a great addition to my store. Highly recommend.

This app is great, it does exactly what I need it to do, after trying several different ones out there and having nothing but issues, I find OPTIS. Their app is easy to use and their customer service is beyond extraordinary as the full team helped me over the long Thanksgiving holiday getting my site situated with their app and answered all questions from me. Highly recommend!
