Has been great so far, even on the free plan they could help me fix errors in my theme code and make sure it worked seamlessly with my theme.

It's a great app with a lot of free features, just wish I could create more option sets in the free version... The customer support was phenomenal in assisting me with my struggles, even with those not related to the app. Super recommend!

The app game-changer for my store. It made customizing product options so easy, and I no longer have to worry about Shopify’s variant limits. The setup was simple, and I quickly added different options like swatches and dropdowns, which gave my customers exactly what they wanted. On top of that, their customer service is fantastic—quick, helpful, and always available when I need assistance

OPTIS Product Options has proven to be one of the most complete and versatile solutions I've ever used on Shopify. The interface is clean and user-friendly, setup is straightforward, and the app allows for highly flexible product customization without hassle. The built-in documentation is extensive and well-structured, but what truly stands out is the quality of customer support: a knowledgeable team that's always available, incredibly responsive, and willing to help even outside regular hours. Exceptional service that's hard to come by.

Great app! Easily solved my problem with no need of custom coding. Their customer service is one of the best I'v experienced. They reply immediately and helped me with any question or adjustments i wanted to make.
