OPTIS Product Options, Variant

The team is very responsive, and Katlyn has been super friendly and helpful with setting up my store — even though I'm only halfway through!

Works very well, easy to integrate and setup. Upon any questions, their support is outstanding, especially Lin and Cassie, huge shoutout to them. We had a custom request and they handled it in literally a few minutes. Great product, great support and great overall experience!

Installation was simple and it was very convenient to use. Customer service was also very patient in helping to solve problems. Most importantly, there was a free trial plan available. If I need it later, I will definitely upgrade to the plan!

I am pleased with the app, and very happy with the customer service that I received today. The associate was very kind and patient.

L'app est top ! j'avais fait le tours de plusieurs appli pour gérer mes options qui sont un peu complexes, mais c'était pas top, mais là avec OPTIS, je suis trop content :) Le support est parfait aussi, réactifs, à l'écoute et font tout ce qu'il faut. Bravo à vous :)

This app is easy to use and love the options available in the free version, but am upgrading to take advantage of all customizations. Plus, the customer service team is fast to respond and very helpful!

I received support service, and the response was incredibly quick and right on target!

I was originally using apo product options for a whole year but i was having compatibility options with my store and the price displaying correctly in other markets (like the US). Switched to Optis and everything works like a charm, options even display when the product is sold out which is great for my customers so that they can see their options for next time, and the customer care team is super responsive and even went out of their way to suggest some slight improvements to my store. Worth the extra money in my opinion compared to apo

Helped me very quickly with any issues I had and even helped work out an issue with a conflicting app as well as making my checkout process look cleaner!
