I do not recommend this app to anyone! A few months ago, the app had a serious error that caused me to lose several thousand euros in sales. The product images in the individual options were no longer displayed in the store and I had to re-upload all the images for several days. After I decided to give the app a second chance, I discovered another error three weeks ago. Due to an error in the app, my customers were no longer able to pay with PayPal and I lost more than 30,000 euros again as a result. I only found out by chance that the error was caused by the app. If I had known beforehand, I would have uninstalled it immediately and used a different app. I pay a lot of money for the app every month and I have submitted a request for a refund, but the support team has not gotten back to me. They keep me waiting all the time. The app is disastrous and I don't recommend it to anyone!

DO NOT INSTALL - Read my review first. From my Personal Experience After I would not recommend this app. After I uninstalled the app, they continued to bill me.

I had originally posted a positive review when I started using this app in 2021, but things have changed. I am now completely dissatisfied with this app and company. I have been using this app in conjunction with another app offered by this developer. A month ago, I installed the latest update of the other app, called Volume Boost. Yesterday I discovered that this Bulk Product Options app was not working correctly and my customers were being undercharged for my products, causing me to lose money. The response I got when I asked for help, was that the new upgrade of VolumeBoost was not compatible with Bulk Product Options and I needed to revert back to the old version of VolumeBoost if I wanted things to operate correctly. I have been paying for both of these apps and I should expect them to be able to work together to help run my business efficiently. Instead I am told that I cannot use the latest version and I need to revert back and I have lost money and this has created headaches for me to deal with. This experience has also left me with distrust of this company all together and I will be seeking other options. I do not recommend this company or any of their apps.

I used this app for some months, then I happened to pay special attention to an order and realized it was adding options to customers carts but sometimes not charging them. Apparently the app is not compatible with the "Buy Now" button which is - I would argue - an important button on a Shopify website. All my customers who used 'Buy Now' instead of 'Add to Cart' would get the options for free. Hulk Apps were very aware of this and told me to remove the buy buttons from my website. I chose to remove this app instead. I think it was quite irresponsible for them to put this app out there with this known bug.

I have used this app for well over 2 years now. Over the last year, I've had more and more issues with this app conflicting with other apps that help me generate extra revenue in the business. Tech support's only suggestion is to "remove the conflicting app" to avoid further conflict because their algorithm only works a certain way. To have to deal with frustrating answers like this, have no resolution, AND lose out on revenue because their app isn't capturing upcharges is just plain simple unacceptable. I will not be recommending this app to anyone.

Tried to transition from another product options app to this one. the pains of transitioning is not worth it. This app interfered with a lot of my current apps. Add to cart features and product warnings were no longer working. I tried to ask customer service to fix it. She declined. i have to talk to two developers just to get this app working. I just don’t have the time for it anymore.

Dowloded the app to get more variants than the 99 limits in shopify but the app is a scam. You can't do what you want on the free version. And the paid version is still limited (couldn't get different prices for different variants). The help centre is pretty slow and I have finally deleted the app after wasting 2 weeks of my time on it. DO NOT recommend at all.

This app doesn't perform well as the whole design doesn't fit on the product page. Customer support is also bad. After giving developer access nothing has been done.

When you add a up-charge on customization and customer select a Paypal or other alternative payment method the up-charge fee do not show up. its very dis-appointing. cost my business lost so much money on up-charge customization.

I had to update this review as our experience with this company in the last few days has been terrible. The app had been giving us tons of issues in the previous few days, and every time I reached out for support, they would always tell us that it was fine on their end and that they couldn't find any issues. Even though I had customers telling me about all the bugs with the options, literally as I was talking to the HulkApps customer service. After several days of the same back and forth with their condescending representative, I had to record a screen capture of me using the website for them to finally acknowledge the issue. That was early Friday afternoon. When we came back to the office on Monday, we found several email messages in our inbox. Again with the same condescending tone, demanding us to uninstall about three or four other apps for theirs to work. We knew we didn't want to keep using their services anymore when we read that. We decided to uninstall the app and find another one. Immediately we received an email from HulkApps. It said that "Due to a limitation of Shopify's platform, we are not able to make changes to the theme code after an app is deleted." Well, it's been two days ever since, and we still haven't been able to install the new app because of their code still being there. The developers of the new app we want to install told us that they can't remove the code because they're not familiar with it. They also mentioned that HulkApps should have done it themselves per Shopify's guidelines. We reached out to Shopify, and their representative said this "That's a bit odd - normally we request the third-party apps to remove their own coding." So, here we are, stuck with no options app, and now we need to find a Shopify expert that can fix this mess for us. Stay away from this company. You'll regret using their apps in the long term.

This app sounds like a great deal until you start using. Sometimes it works great, but most of the time it will not add the optional pricing into the total, leaving me to contact customers, tell them their total was wrong and ask for more money. I have contacted Hulk multiple times, each time they blamed another app saying it wasn't compatible, after following their instructions to "fix" the issue, it would go back to doing the same thing. Some times adding in the costs, other times not including the costs. It has done nothing but frustrate myself and my clients, often leaving me out of pocket for options my clients have wanted but weren't charged for. I have lost several hundred dollars on this "free" app - if your looking for a good app for options on your website I HIGHLY suggest looking somewhere else. I will be deleting this app and looking for something that actually works. :(

The conditional logic feature is only capable of the most basic conditions (like removing only a single option for an option group) so someone with a more complex set of customization needs will not be able to utilize this properly. Given that the failure of this app or downtime of the service can result in a store losing the ability to make sales for the effected listings, and that support is too slow to remedy issues quickly enough to prevent these losses, I don't recommend using this at all. It really is not worth the risk.

Not user friendly, the sample sheet is confusing and our team is confused on how to import data inside the app. Would be great if it was streamlined and automatic, otherwise I would recommend this app for someone who knows how to code.

While it was relatively easy to set-up the multiple variants I wanted, there is no option to sort your orders by these variants after a customer has made a purchase. I wanted to offer custom products to my clients (mix and match ink colors and shirt colors). The only way I would have been able to produce these products would be to tally orders by hand after they were placed. This app is worthless for what I was trying to do.

Absolutely shameless !!! They lost 4 years of data and ask me to find the pictures I uploaded 4 years ago in order to fix it. More than 600 options lost.

The idea is great but the actual code is whack and the docs are garbage. As in, they don't exist. The hulk apps website links to the wrong docs and the actual docs don't solve the problem. Super disappointing.

I added this app to test product options and intended to upgrade for conditional product options. The interface was straightforward, I had it up and running - but only half of it worked. When I contacted support they were unable to fix it, twice. I have a Shopify Theme, nothing fancy would really have liked what they claimed it could do. It did not do what they claimed. - would not recommend.
