I had originally posted a positive review when I started using this app in 2021, but things have changed. I am now completely dissatisfied with this app and company. I have been using this app in conjunction with another app offered by this developer. A month ago, I installed the latest update of the other app, called Volume Boost. Yesterday I discovered that this Bulk Product Options app was not working correctly and my customers were being undercharged for my products, causing me to lose money. The response I got when I asked for help, was that the new upgrade of VolumeBoost was not compatible with Bulk Product Options and I needed to revert back to the old version of VolumeBoost if I wanted things to operate correctly. I have been paying for both of these apps and I should expect them to be able to work together to help run my business efficiently. Instead I am told that I cannot use the latest version and I need to revert back and I have lost money and this has created headaches for me to deal with. This experience has also left me with distrust of this company all together and I will be seeking other options. I do not recommend this company or any of their apps.

I originally had a different app I was using for my customers to customize their orders. Someone suggested this app and I decided to give it a try. I'm still in my trial window of the app but I already love it compared to the previous app I was using. It was so much easier to add options for my items using this app versus the other apps. The one issue I had was getting my options to show up under my items. I reached out to the team via chat (it was almost 1 am in my time zone) and I was surprised with the quick response. Khushbu was very helpful and helped me get issued resolved rather quickly. I am so happy to know that I can reach out and get help when needed. If you are on the fence, give it a try!

I've always liked this app and its ease of use. Recently, I had an issue with some checkouts allowing customers to add items to their cart without filling out the required fields in the product options. When I contacted Hulk Product support, Axel helped me identify the problem. The dynamic checkout buttons do not work with the Hulk Product options on the product page, but they should work fine on the checkout screen. They were a wonderful help and even assisted me with finding how to hide the feature from the product pages. Would recommend the app to others!

This app allows our customers to upgrade their order by purchasing a card and/or chocolates, and provides a spot for them to write a personalized message. These options typically appear automatically when new products are added, but for the last two days, any new item added did not have these options available on the website. We contacted the app's help center and they were very quick to respond and resolve the issue.

I use this to offer customers variable names, initials and other options on their purchases. Use it for every single product, very easy to edit options and group them based on what is variable on the product. Their support is absolutely amazing, can't fault them!

Time and time again, customer support is out of this world. There products are solid and a go-to for me
