È qualche settimana che utilizzo questa app per le varianti sul mio sito Sono ancora in alto mare ma mi trovo davvero bene, soprattutto per l’assistenza impeccabile Ringrazio di cuore chi mi ha aiutata e continuerò ad usare l’app anche per altri prodotti

This app works well, especially for the price. I had a couple minor issues (styling and one small functionality issue in the cart) with set up on my theme that Hulk Apps helped with. Their customer service is 5 stars! I would give the app a 4 star, I think the back end could be a bit easier to use, but its not hard to learn.

I used this app for some months, then I happened to pay special attention to an order and realized it was adding options to customers carts but sometimes not charging them. Apparently the app is not compatible with the "Buy Now" button which is - I would argue - an important button on a Shopify website. All my customers who used 'Buy Now' instead of 'Add to Cart' would get the options for free. Hulk Apps were very aware of this and told me to remove the buy buttons from my website. I chose to remove this app instead. I think it was quite irresponsible for them to put this app out there with this known bug.

I had a small customization request, and the response from Customer Service was lightning fast! Not only were they prompt, but they found an easier alternative solution to the issue I was having. I also like the app itself. It's offers a lot of options and is easy to use and set up.

This App is the best! It's been a daunting task in the past to update my custom product options and this app made it very easy to transition to at a great price that is lower than others. I originally was using Best Custom Product Options by Relentless and it was difficult to apply changes. You can customize pretty much everything on this App and the support team is there for every step of the way. Thanks for making such a great App!

Issue today with incompatibility of the hulk product options and the hulk discount app. Emira responded to my help request immediately and advised I ned to revert back to the legacy version. All seems to be well now. many thanks for a quick, efficient solution.

I love this app and the reps are so compassionate and helpful when issues arise. I do not know what I would do without this app. I would highly recommend this app to anyone that uses Shopify and needs product options.

I use this app to set up customization for my products. It is easy to use and the support when you need help is great. I have used this app for 3 years and just recently had an issue where the Discount codes weren't showing up on my Cart page. I reached out and within an hour Support contacted me back with the resolution. I wasn't comfortable working on the code so he took care of it for me. A+ service!

I used this app to add more options for our automotive AC hose kit page. I had a few problems at first but the Hulk team really came through and tweaked my theme so everything flowed smoothly. Everything works great now and they are super quick to help you. I highly recommend this app and their support.

We have been using this app for a couple of years, since we moved our site over to Shopify and it has been an absolute lifesaver. I recently needed to get in touch with support about an issue I was having with it not charging customers for a particular upgrade despite it being selected and the customer service I received was swift and efficient. I have to say it has been the quickest resolution I have encountered in 10 years of business. Update - 20/3/24 always a help when I am updating my theme, they are swift to respond. Thanks to Haris for sorting out my problem within a couple of minutes this morning!
