The app is user friendly, but most importantly the support team help out with everything quickly and efficiently. I noticed an issue with variations not charging correctly, and the support team explained the issue, worked out a fix quickly, and also helped to make the variations display correctly on packing slips.

We recently updated our store theme and installed this app to help our customers customize their orders. We had a small glitch with the customization appearing in the shopping cart. We reached out to tech support and in less than 2 minutes Khushbu responded. She and her team had everything up and running in less than 2 hours. I have used this app for well over 2 years now. Over the last year, I've had more and more issues with this app conflicting with other apps that help me generate extra revenue in the business. Tech support's only suggestion is to "remove the conflicting app" to avoid further conflict because their algorithm only works a certain way. To have to deal with frustrating answers like this, have no resolution, AND lose out on revenue because their app isn't capturing upcharges is just plain simple unacceptable. I will not be recommending this app to anyone.

I absolutely love the flexibility that this app gives my customers when making their custom selections. It has increased my AOV tremendously. Most recently, I had a small edit that needed to be made to the code regarding the discount box and Manoj was able to help me quickly and easily. I would recommend this app to anyone with a Shopify store.

I used this app to build my custom salad site, something that would be completely impossible if not for this amazing app. I had to contact support with an issue and they responded almost immediately with the issue resolved. Outstanding service!!!! Thank you so much I owe my business to you.

Before using the app, I was having my customers write in personalizations and customizations were not showing up at checkout. Now I have a much more professional appearance and a seamless experience for customers! The team's service was so quick, responsive, and really listened to my needs. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. No regrets signing up with this app and I know it will make my store launch so much better!

One of the best customer service I've had. They don't even discriminate if you're paying or not. This is how online services should be done. Fast and reliable and gets the problem solved. Thank you to Manoj who was very accommodating and really took the time to address my issue. It works perfectly with our site and gets the job done!

This app was easy to install and customize on the Simple Shopify theme and has been working well for my business. Most impressive though is the level of individualized customer support, and how quickly the support team helped me tweak the installation on my storefront. Highly recommend!

Good app. We offer a lot of customization with our products, and Infinite Product Options accommodate pretty much everything you can imagine. Support is very responsive too.

This app is amazing to use and a lot better than the previous one I used with less features and cost a lot more. I would recommend this app to anyone that needs multiple options for their products and the customer service is awesome. I have had to get them to fix a couple of issues I've had and the were fixed within a short period of time.

I used this app to solve our problem of not being able to add personalisation options, with conditional text boxes AND price changes on the product page depending on the selection. This app does everything I need and i wish I'd found it sooner. Also the team there have been amazing - they installed it for me and have helped me to get it just right by customising it. They've been really responsive and I'm really impressed, as it was all part of the normal service.

I'm always one to find a way to avoid paying for an app. But I've used the free version for 2 years now - and the support is always amazing. Super fast and they actually get to the root of the problem right away. There is definite value to premium and I really appreciate the app devs
