This app is powerful and almost perfect, we're already using it for 2 years. It's amazing to handle a large bulk of custom options, including image swatches, and many personalization fields, like text input for engravings in our case. And you can create multiple bundles of option combinations, applying them individually for subsets of your product portfolio. Exactly what we need to sell our custom-made leather products. Super helpful! What makes it absolutely outstanding though, is their excellent customer service (rating 5+ stars!): They're coding wizards and could solve multiple UX problems for our specific product and cart pages within no-time, literally overnight. Without these custom adjustments, the buttons and price formatting would not have matched our product pages' look & feel. But they went above and beyond to make it look consistent. You rarely get such amazing customer service anywhere today! Translations in the backend (our Shopify language is German) are still not great and leave room for misunderstandings (status: March 2023). But this is just a minor UX topic for you as an admin, and only if you're using Shopify in another language than English I guess. Other than that you just have to factor in some UX trade-off as of the checkout page, as a buyer's chosen product options will always translate into a separate product on the checkout page (with an empty placeholder image). This logic stays the same for all steps after of course, e.g. in connected order processing and billing apps (also showing this separate products on shipping labels and invoices). There is nothing Hulk could do about atm, as they can only customize the flow until the cart page to guarantee a consistent look & feel, but not any further. Therefore, the UX is not perfect until the end, but at least until the final checkout page where a buyer already made their decision. In total, I would give 4.5 stars. Great job overall!

Tried to transition from another product options app to this one. the pains of transitioning is not worth it. This app interfered with a lot of my current apps. Add to cart features and product warnings were no longer working. I tried to ask customer service to fix it. She declined. i have to talk to two developers just to get this app working. I just don’t have the time for it anymore.

Excellent support! Manoj helped me out greatly! I added a new theme and discount codes werent working with the Product OPtions, he signed in and sorted it all out really fast! Thank you so much! :) The App is great, We've been using it for over a year to add size options to custom made bracelets with limited stock options, it lets us have a lot of different sizes without affecting our stock levels.

Different kind of Review: This app was actually not the right one for us. I have to give HASAN a high five for his honesty and his help. He was the one to figure out it wasn't what we were looking for and he was honest to tell us this. I highly recommend working with him.

While there was a bit of a learning curve for me, this app does everything I wanted it to do! In particular, Amit P was a great help with the implementation of what we needed. He was able to show us the correct way of setting up our options and sets to properly show our desired options/dropdowns. Thank you again!

Dowloded the app to get more variants than the 99 limits in shopify but the app is a scam. You can't do what you want on the free version. And the paid version is still limited (couldn't get different prices for different variants). The help centre is pretty slow and I have finally deleted the app after wasting 2 weeks of my time on it. DO NOT recommend at all.

Only free app that can add a cost to a modifier. It looks good while doing it. It adds an item in the cart for each optioned item but I think it's the easiest way to circumvent Shopify's limitations right now.

Wonderful functionality which provides options that I couldn’t get elsewhere. This has allowed me to set up my options just the way I want. While I have had a few small problems with setup, support has been VERY helpful. They are fast and efficient at resolving problems and genuinely seem happy to help. Edit: As I wanted more customisation than the settings give, I contacted them again and they sorted them all for me. I continue to be very impressed with their dedication.

This app doesn't perform well as the whole design doesn't fit on the product page. Customer support is also bad. After giving developer access nothing has been done.
