Infinite Product Options is clearly the best app to use for product options bar none. We have tried others but always go back to this app.

It's a useful addition to a Shopify store because it expands the number of options in each product listing. But an A+ would definitely have to go to their support team who are very responsive, helpful and help me find the solutions to integrating their extension with my Shopify store. This round, Iris was taking care of the lil glitches I encountered and solved almost all of the issues I was facing. Keep up the great work guys!

I upgraded my theme, and the support was top notch. They made sure it was installed on my test theme before publishing. The app works as I need it to, and it is user friendly.

I am very satisfied. It's a difficult application to install by yourself, but don't worry, the support is great. I use a free plan, but when I talked about the problem, the support was very kind and the solution was quick.

Hulk has been amazing to work with. The mobile version isn't as user friendly as the pc version, so whenever I need assistance I just connect with them to see if they can help solve the problem in real time and they have consistently demonstrated patience, kindness and quick solutions. Great staff and support. Definitely recommend.

This app was exactly what I needed to display my fabric swatches on my site. So far, its been working out great. In addition, customer service is superb with the developer. I would highly highly recommend.

What a Great service, I first ask shoplifty to help with a little coding since it was a shopify theme and setting to be added, they tried to push a Specialist to do it which seems like a waste of time and money. So I contacted this app and they without without missing a beat helped me fully with the coding and making sure it all worked out well. Also making money with the app is a plus !

Been using this app for a year now and it is exactly what I needed for my shop (I have tried other similar apps, but the rapport price-quality is really the best here). Plus, customer support is amazing, I raised an issue and literally within two hours on a Friday night it was solved. Thank you, Sanjay, appreciate it!

This app is powerful and almost perfect, we're already using it for 2 years. It's amazing to handle a large bulk of custom options, including image swatches, and many personalization fields, like text input for engravings in our case. And you can create multiple bundles of option combinations, applying them individually for subsets of your product portfolio. Exactly what we need to sell our custom-made leather products. Super helpful! What makes it absolutely outstanding though, is their excellent customer service (rating 5+ stars!): They're coding wizards and could solve multiple UX problems for our specific product and cart pages within no-time, literally overnight. Without these custom adjustments, the buttons and price formatting would not have matched our product pages' look & feel. But they went above and beyond to make it look consistent. You rarely get such amazing customer service anywhere today! Translations in the backend (our Shopify language is German) are still not great and leave room for misunderstandings (status: March 2023). But this is just a minor UX topic for you as an admin, and only if you're using Shopify in another language than English I guess. Other than that you just have to factor in some UX trade-off as of the checkout page, as a buyer's chosen product options will always translate into a separate product on the checkout page (with an empty placeholder image). This logic stays the same for all steps after of course, e.g. in connected order processing and billing apps (also showing this separate products on shipping labels and invoices). There is nothing Hulk could do about atm, as they can only customize the flow until the cart page to guarantee a consistent look & feel, but not any further. Therefore, the UX is not perfect until the end, but at least until the final checkout page where a buyer already made their decision. In total, I would give 4.5 stars. Great job overall!

Nevertheless, we'd love to hear more about what we can do to secure that extra half star and will always aim for a full-fledged 5-star experience. Tried to transition from another product options app to this one. the pains of transitioning is not worth it. This app interfered with a lot of my current apps. Add to cart features and product warnings were no longer working. I tried to ask customer service to fix it. She declined. i have to talk to two developers just to get this app working. I just don’t have the time for it anymore.

Excellent support! Manoj helped me out greatly! I added a new theme and discount codes werent working with the Product OPtions, he signed in and sorted it all out really fast! Thank you so much! :) The App is great, We've been using it for over a year to add size options to custom made bracelets with limited stock options, it lets us have a lot of different sizes without affecting our stock levels.
