Great app with easy setup! While I wish Shopify had this functionality out of the box, this app made it easy. I was able to add the product options easily and then inserted code snippets per instructions to get the selections to show up on packing slips. Hulk Apps support then stepped in and added the selections to all email notifications so now our customers can confirm their choices, and employees can see the details right from the order email. Future functionality suggestion: provide a way to link each of the selections to an underlying product for inventory tracking, sales metrics, etc. That would close the loop and make this app extraordinary. Overall, I'm thrilled with the performance of this app and impressed with Hulk Apps support. I'm using the free tier and they still took the time to help me tweak the setup and get it working the way I needed it to.

Great app! Customer service is also fast and friendly as well. We are a sign company, so having the variations comes in handy.

This is a very powerful software, providing me with the best functionality. My template cannot be displayed when using the option fee increase function. By contacting your customer service, the problem was quickly solved. Thanks for your friendly customer service.

I love that I can provide my customers with so many variant options without having to create another product. Set up is super easy to use. I recently updated my theme and had an issue with one of the options not functioning properly. Manoj was able to quickly help me fix the issue. Couldn't be happier with this app!

We offer various gift wrap options and handwritten cards which I wanted customers to be able to add to their order. Having tried several apps, finally this is the one! It took a little bit of time to figure out how the app worked (I found the FAQ section of their website more useful than the basic guides) but whenever I got stuck the support was excellent. They very quickly responded to all my questions and always found solutions. Really happy!

I used this app to add sizing options for products that had too many colors to add as variables through Shopify. Highly recommend, the support team was very quick to help install the app into my store's code and it works perfectly for my purposes!

I make custom embroidered pieces and this app allows me provide all the many different option my customers can choose from. I can use swatches, drop downs, radio buttons, text boxes, customers can even upload images. It’s amazing and looks really good too. The two times I reached out for support I received prompt care, top notch customer service and resolutions. I highly recommend this app!

I used this app to add a simple gifting option on my website. Although I've only used very basic features of the app I reached out for some help on customising the app and had an immediate answer. I didn't expect to have such a swift and positive response to my request so I'm really pleased I chose to use this app over all the rest!

Thanks Adna for helping me again in Product Options, the support you get from Hulk is great nothing is to much trouble and to get this support for a free App is amazing. Thanks Hulk Team... As a novice with the apps I needed a little help and Adis to the rescue, thank you for your help today, make a challenging thing easy woohoo... Great support nothing to much trouble. Hulk to my rescue I have trouble installing code, so I leave it to the professionals, within a couple of days Heena from Hulk had sorted the code for me and even done a little video. Service and Support are so helpful, nothing to much trouble. Thank you Hulk.

Great App, great service. We used this app to charge additional prices for value added services on top of product prices. Our sales went up after we installed it. We are very happy with the result. HulkApps support team was helpful in configuring it for our new theme.
