I don't even know where to begin with the level of customer service this app provides. Our checkout process has a few more steps than the average but they were able to walk us through simplifying things for customers. We highly recommend them!!!!

I used this app for my product options in website and it's good. Customer service is awesome and my problems are solved in a very short period of time. Well recommended.

This app works well, especially for the price. I had a couple minor issues (styling and one small functionality issue in the cart) with set up on my theme that Hulk Apps helped with. Their customer service is 5 stars! I would give the app a 4 star, I think the back end could be a bit easier to use, but its not hard to learn.

I used this app for some months, then I happened to pay special attention to an order and realized it was adding options to customers carts but sometimes not charging them. Apparently the app is not compatible with the "Buy Now" button which is - I would argue - an important button on a Shopify website. All my customers who used 'Buy Now' instead of 'Add to Cart' would get the options for free. Hulk Apps were very aware of this and told me to remove the buy buttons from my website. I chose to remove this app instead. I think it was quite irresponsible for them to put this app out there with this known bug.

I had a small customization request, and the response from Customer Service was lightning fast! Not only were they prompt, but they found an easier alternative solution to the issue I was having. I also like the app itself. It's offers a lot of options and is easy to use and set up.

This App is the best! It's been a daunting task in the past to update my custom product options and this app made it very easy to transition to at a great price that is lower than others. I originally was using Best Custom Product Options by Relentless and it was difficult to apply changes. You can customize pretty much everything on this App and the support team is there for every step of the way. Thanks for making such a great App!

This app lets me do everything I needed it to. I reached out to support and they are probably the nicest customer service reps I have ever dealt with. They where also quick to help me get my app up and running on my page. 10/10

I got this app to allow me to have more variants and upcharge on them as well and it works perfect for that! I had trouble installing it on my own. I reached out to customer service and they helped me literally right away! I definitely recommend. I use the free version

I use the free version of this app and it works great, customer service also prompt and efficient when needed, which isn't often I'm pleased to say. The app doesn't work with Shopify discounts unfortunately, however HulkApps do have their own VolumeBoost app that they were able to install in a few minutes, that works great, albeit at a small price. I love this app and the reps are so compassionate and helpful when issues arise. I do not know what I would do without this app. I would highly recommend this app to anyone that uses Shopify and needs product options.
