I'm very new in al of this, starting a store and all of that. But even with the free version of infinite product the helpdesk is very fast, kind and helpfull!! They helped me right away! Very happy with this app

I use this app to set up product options and love it. I am new to shopify and still getting my skills up to speed. HulkApps support is fast effective and patient.

I used this app to add prices for embelleshing on products and although I found it difficult to add initially, the support was second to none. Its annoying that you cant use tags to add it to certain products.

My site uses this App on almost every transaction. It works great. Always room for improvement so it gets 4 stars. However, the customer service is 5-star! - quick, responsive, understanding and provides solutions or alternatives if at all possible. Deepa helped me and I'm appreciative for 5 - star service!! I give them more that 5 stars rating, their apps are really helpful, and the customer service is more that great, i really like the guy on Skype, he is always online and helps me with all of my things and questions. I needed something from him real quick so i called him without letting him know, and he answered in a couple of seconds and i was able to share screen with him. I am really happy with them, keep it up gentlemen

Great product! After comparing many product options APPs, I decided to use this one for my store. I am impressed by the service as well, quick response, and resolved my issue in one hour. Amazing!

I enjoyed how customizable the app allows the user to be. Some of the lingo is a bit unclear, a preview box of the action would be helpful. Although one of our requests took a couple days to get resolved by customer service, they were extremely through and helpful. Thank you!

Perfect Team! デフォルトの設定では自分のサイトではうまく表示されませんでしたが。サポートに連絡するとすぐに開発会社のテクニカル部が対応してくれました。日本円での表示も小数点以下が含まれていたため、小数点以下を非表示にしてもらいました。無料プランでの使用なのにカスタマーサービスは迅速に返事をしてくれて大変良い対応でした。素晴らしいアプリ開発会社だと思います。 The default settings didn't show the option well on my site, though. I contacted support and the technical department of the development company immediately took care of it. The display in Japanese yen also contained a decimal point, so I asked them to hide the decimal point. Even though I was using the free plan, customer service was very good, responding quickly. I think this is a great app development company.

This app was really good for what we need but the back in was clunky and we couldn't get it modified to fit our warehouse needs. Past that it is a great app with really good tech support. It did fit the need we just needed a better back end for the warehouse.

Best support team ever. We used this app with debut theme and everything worked fine, then we changed theme with Capital from Wetheme and it stopped working even if we reinstalled it. They solved the issue in less than 12 hours and the app is working great again. thanks a lot!

This app does what it is supposed to do for me, increase sales! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the format of the orders that come over for those added items is a bit confusing. It would be nice if it would just come over as the other regular items show up on the order.

We have been using this application for more than 18 months, it is great and it helped us solve the problem of varieties of thousands of colors for our paints. Now customers just write their color choice and in this way we do not use a very extensive and difficult database for customers. In recent days we updated our theme and the application seems not to be working correctly, we contacted hulk technical support and the attention was wonderful and in record time they corrected the problem and also updated the previous version allowing to show the options in the shopping cart and even the customer can modify it in the same shopping cart. 100% recommended.
