Amazing app highly recommended. I chose this app because my previous app had reached it limitations. I had a few issues with set up but support team where amazing and very prompt and professional. The team at hulk apps had everything working the way I needed it very quickly.

I love this app because Shopify limits the number of options I can use. This solved my problem. Now I don’t have to depend on customers filling out notes for my orders. All the information can give gathers right from the listing. I had trouble setting it up at first but I emailed support and they got back to me quickly and actually set it up for me. Afterwards they sent me specific directions on how to do it myself. Any time I run into an issue I can email them and I hear back within about 15-20 minutes. It’s so great!

I needed to add the option for my clothing. Despite some drama with the charges for options not coming through checkout the support team are AMAZING and have fixed for me (even at 1AM!) so now all my options work. If you are having issues with cart charges they can add a code to fix! And the options app itself is simple to use and works just how I need. Thankyou!

When I needed Infinite Product Options to also show up in the packing slip template, HulkApps was very quick to answer the trouble ticket and assist with adding the necessary code. They are very delightful to work with.

Infinite Product Options is an amazing app that allows one to easily add a variety of custom input fields to a list item. In our instance, we wanted the buyer to be able to add a note with more information (such as a desired color) to a list item. The app is very flexible and easy to use, living up to its name. Once installed, I was able to easily and quickly do what I desired in just a couple of minutes. There is a "Free Forever" plan, which is the one I am currently using. Their support is also speedy and amazing, even when you are on the free plan! I had difficulties installing the app, as I had some conflicting add-ons on the site. I contacted support, and they identified the issue and installed the app for me in less than a day, all for free.

I am currently using the app to propose customized products and I am super happy with it!! Best app I found on the App Store for personalized products and if you have any issue, the support team is soooo kind, friendly and super reactive. Just thanks to them and do not hesitate to give the app a try, you won’t regret it!

When you add a up-charge on customization and customer select a Paypal or other alternative payment method the up-charge fee do not show up. its very dis-appointing. cost my business lost so much money on up-charge customization.

Our product and industry relies heavily on customization. And....it is this customization and personalization which is so difficult to implement into shopify. For us, we needed the ability to charge a setup charge and trust me, this was a huge road block for many of the apps. But, with the HulkApp Infinite Product Option, it was not very difficult to implement. I will say that at times, using the app can be confusing as the implementation of more multiple options can be hard to understand and perform. They recently upgraded the app which made the work flow a lot easier but still not totally easy for an idiot like myself! That being said, their support is awesome and very quick. They work really hard to support you. Simply put..... HulkApps Support team ROCKS!!!!!! I look forward to working with HulkApps for a long time.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I have been emailing support for 4 weeks now to resolve why product options do not show on iOS devices, and still not resolved - no one replies or when they do they say its working when it clearly is not. AVOID THIS PRODUCT

I had to update this review as our experience with this company in the last few days has been terrible. The app had been giving us tons of issues in the previous few days, and every time I reached out for support, they would always tell us that it was fine on their end and that they couldn't find any issues. Even though I had customers telling me about all the bugs with the options, literally as I was talking to the HulkApps customer service. After several days of the same back and forth with their condescending representative, I had to record a screen capture of me using the website for them to finally acknowledge the issue. That was early Friday afternoon. When we came back to the office on Monday, we found several email messages in our inbox. Again with the same condescending tone, demanding us to uninstall about three or four other apps for theirs to work. We knew we didn't want to keep using their services anymore when we read that. We decided to uninstall the app and find another one. Immediately we received an email from HulkApps. It said that "Due to a limitation of Shopify's platform, we are not able to make changes to the theme code after an app is deleted." Well, it's been two days ever since, and we still haven't been able to install the new app because of their code still being there. The developers of the new app we want to install told us that they can't remove the code because they're not familiar with it. They also mentioned that HulkApps should have done it themselves per Shopify's guidelines. We reached out to Shopify, and their representative said this "That's a bit odd - normally we request the third-party apps to remove their own coding." So, here we are, stuck with no options app, and now we need to find a Shopify expert that can fix this mess for us. Stay away from this company. You'll regret using their apps in the long term.

I used this app to add in a card customization options for products - I was having issues with visibility and customer service was able to pinpoint the issue and fix it within a couple of days. Would definitely recommend.

While I'm still building my site, I am confident that this app is the solution I need to offer variations on my custom jewelry and gifts that may include an add on up charge. The customer service at HulkApps has been stellar. Amit got back to me right away when I had an issue. Other developers also responded quickly and efficiently to my queries. I am excited to keep building my online store now that I have the right tool.

This app is perfect! I make custom products so its necessary to add options like material color, size, reverse engraving, hardware color and more. I had been using this on a standard theme and recently switched to a premium theme where this app was not supported and could not be integrated into that theme. I contacted the theme developer and they were unable to help. As soon as I contacted Hulkapps about integrating into this theme, they were working on it for me immediately. After a short time they were successful in doing so!! This app is perfect for adding options but what makes it even better is their customer support. Very happy with them and their apps!

The app works great but above that, the customer service is excellent. Contacted them about installation and within 1 day everything was working great. I appreciate service like this!
