The conditional logic feature is only capable of the most basic conditions (like removing only a single option for an option group) so someone with a more complex set of customization needs will not be able to utilize this properly. Given that the failure of this app or downtime of the service can result in a store losing the ability to make sales for the effected listings, and that support is too slow to remedy issues quickly enough to prevent these losses, I don't recommend using this at all. It really is not worth the risk.

This app works pretty well for me, as all my products are custom. My only downfall is I need it to edit the prices. It doesn't do it all the time. When it works it works well. I hate having to reach out to my customers to tell them the price is wrong. If you can help me that would be great!

Our website used this app to add an optional service charge to a certain product with radio buttons but we wanted the color of the buttons to match our site. I contacted their support team and they helped me right away. Very professional when communicating with me. I had a very good experience with them. I do wish we could customize the color of radio buttons and checkboxes in the app without CSS but the end result was still very good.

Not user friendly, the sample sheet is confusing and our team is confused on how to import data inside the app. Would be great if it was streamlined and automatic, otherwise I would recommend this app for someone who knows how to code.

I used this app to add customization for what type of bail the customer wants with for there locket purchase. Great service!

This app makes my whole website function correctly. I have a large amount of options and customizations to offer my customers and without this app, Shopify does not support my needs. Support has been fantastic to work with. Needed a few minor tweaks and they were quick to implement them and get the product functioning the way I wanted it to. Great price also for the features. Highly recommend.

This app is incredible as we do personalizing and options for our products and can't do that with shopify how we want it ... found this app very easy to set up and unlimited for free!!!!! Cant beat that with any other app and when I was having an issue at cart .... they fixed the problem right away with great communication :) highly recommend

I'm using the free plan of this app to add some simple options to my products and I absolutely love its simplicity and efficiency. It took me just about an hour to watch the videos, play around a bit, publish, and fine-tune the options and settings. I am very happy!

Found a bug in the cart and raised it to Hulk. They sorted it straight away. Great customer service and great app! (update 21/10/2020) App is great. We offer engraving on our jewellery and this app allows us to do it. Variants in native shopify didn't work as it created an inventory management nightmare. We had a few issues with discount code compatibility but had great support from Sanjay and all looks great now. Thank you!

We are very satisfied about this app. It has been more than one year now that we are using this app and we are going to use it for another shop very soon. This app enables us to create more than 100 options and to combine possibilities, it's exactly what we were looking for.

I've added 100+ options to separate products on our store. One of the options, on our most popular product, does not add the cost to the subtotal, which is a very big deal. Every other option seems to work fine, except the one that matters most to our store. I'll update this review if I can get this resolved, but it's causing a big headache at the moment.

The app has been very helpful in allowing us to add options with more complexity than what Shopify allows out of the box. The support staff were EXTREMELY helpful and very responsive - even on a Saturday morning! Highly recommended.
