They just keep nailing it! Wish I could give more stars! I've been using the app for a couple of years. I have had no issues. Customers find it quite easy to use to pick a design or personalize items. I started with the free version and have since upgraded to Pro. The customer service is superb. Whenever I have a question, I get a quick, thorough, and knowledgeable reply. Highly Recommend!

The support team is very helpful and quick to respond to emails. They configured the app on our store and it's working seamlessly so far! I'd recommend this app.

There were a few hiccups with the setup, but overall we are happy with the result. The team was very responsive to emails and worked quickly to resolve any issues. I would recommend this app!

Update 3 Feb 2021: I've upgraded my site and had some trouble with the file uploading function, as always they respond faster than you can imagine and solve your issue immediately, their team made you feel you can totally rely on them when it comes to solving issues for you. I can't recommend them enough. Best APP ever and went above and beyond to help you out! I installed the app this morning and hoping it will help solve the issues with my site, not only did they reply real fast but also fixed my problem quickly, I highly recommend this App for your store.

It's a great app but the problem is that if you have a discount code on specific products or collections the discount code won't work. It only works when you set it up for the "entire collection". They also don't have a fix or plans to fix this. So it's great but this bug makes it useless :( Don't spend time installing this if you are running product specific discount codes. It won't work.

My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The customer service is both very responsive and understanding. I'm using a custom theme which meant I needed to change stuff to make it compatible with Hulk App and they made the appropriate changes within a few days. Highly recommend.

I can not install this app. I've tried 4 times already. After I click 'Add app' it redirects me to my Shopify dashboard and throws this error: 'The page you're looking for couldn't be found". Other apps were installed fine.

This app does what I need it to do. It allows me to add many options and adjust pricing as needed. They even customized the installation to work on my AJAX site!

UPDATE: It is rare to find a talented group of developers working so hard for customer satisfaction. Implementing a critical feature required considerable effort on my part with guidance of Hulkapps. When I was done, they stepped in to make their integration as beautiful as it is functional. I am proud to say that IPO is now a cornerstone of the ClinicalPosters website. Previous May 5, 2020 review: Good user interface. IPO appears to be best suited for stores with either few products or many products with few options. The current version lacks a product image overlay feature that I am currently using extensively in another app. So I must put IPO on the back burner until their brilliant minds figure it out. I continue to use other HulkApps though.

Can you please guide me where are uploaded files stored? How can we access them? Customers have uploaded Pictures.
Hi there, glad you reached out about this! All the files that your valuable customers' upload will be available on order history. Please take a look at your Shopify store's orders. Just to put you on a perspective, we store the files on our servers. Also, there is no limit on maximum storage capacity! Needed to add customization options to our custom made products, this app did the job! Also, we had a technical issue and support was excellent! They solved the issue fast!

It feels good to be able to create unlimited product variants with a variety of option types (e.g. user input text, date etc.). The only drawback I have experienced so far is when fulfilling orders, I have to fulfill the product itself and the customization cost SEPARATELY, resulting in sending 2 notification emails to customers. Not sure how to get around this.
