Does it exactly what it says it'd do - happy with the functionality as it's really useful for our use case (restaurant with lots of addons/sides).

Very easy and intuitive layout. Also they have great service and quick response times! Pleasure working with. I had one small thing that I had wanted to change so I contacted support and within minutes they contacted the developers and it was changed! So simple so helpful. Really a great experience! This is the only app I been able to find that offers product options that can also update the cart price in a seamless manner. This is included in the free plan. The UI is very modern and easy to use. It is very easy to set up the product options, adjust the look of the options on your page and to choose the products that the options should be applied to. Support was excellent, knowledgeable and very friendly. They were very kind to help me with an integration issue I was facing between their app and another app I was using. Overall, I can highly recommend this app!

These guys went wayyyy above an beyond, I have the free plan and requested some custom changes to the CSS and they were able to help us customize the app to integrate with our sites appearance. A+++

This app shows options beautifly and cleanly. I really recommend this app. At first I could not use this app, and contacted HulkApps support without a lot of expectations. But I was surprised with the very quick and kind response. And she who was a person in charge fixed it suitable for me. Thank you so so so much! ---- [addition] This app is incredibly helpful and the customer service team is amazingly kind with generous heart. They can help you when you face some issues. :)

I used this app to gather personalization details and photos for custom party favors. It worked well for a while, then all of a sudden, it would not include uploaded photos to orders. When I contacted support, they "fixed" the issue (but broke my mobile view). I tested it out on the computer and it seemed to work. BUT to find out there "fix" disabled my mobile menu and search bar, leaving my website useless for mobile buyers and if you did add a personalized listing to the cart it would change the qty to 2 automatically instead of one, this only occurred with listings with option sets connected to it. I've since, uninstalled and will be looking for an alternative solution.

Works great and you can't beat the price on the pro plan. They provide the coding to help fix the discount box issue and it worked flawlessly. Great for shops who need to have strict inventory control but still want to provide their customers with customizable products. They make it very difficult for customers to delete the customization charges which is great. I'd definitely recommend handmade to order shops to use this app.

This APP do not work for my website and the customer service is bad. I can not get support after they charge

I have used this app for adding charged options to our products and found it infinitely helpful. No other app I found was able to add charged options and attach them to the products in the cart. It has increased our average order value significantly. Their support has been very persistent with any issues we have experienced with their dev team looking closely at any problems and the support team working hard to help us resolve them. I would highly recommend for a more seamless ability to add charged options to products and have the ability to edit them from the cart.
