Solved some of our issues we had when upgrading our theme. They were very quick and responsive

Product is nice, but conflicts with various themes. Be ready for them to send you to the theme designer when 'Hulk Product Options' is creating issues. I used the app for 3 years, uninstalled it, then reinstalled out of necessity. The tech support is inconsistent, some techs will try to help others will blow you off. I've stopped using this plug-in on our other Shopify sites, I'm done to one instance now.

Absolutely shameless !!! They lost 4 years of data and ask me to find the pictures I uploaded 4 years ago in order to fix it. More than 600 options lost.

We used this app to help create custom engraving text and file uploads for our products. Works great and the support with getting the correct formatting coded was very fast and helpful. Definitely recommend!!

I just had a great experience with the Support Team at Infinite Product Options. I felt that the box for my options was too wide. They quickly went in and made an adjustment. Very impressed! Thank you!

Great app, does everything you need it to to circumvent the variant limit Shopify provides. I have needed to contact the devs for theme conflicts, and they have not only responded quickly, they even just gave me the necessary code, including instructions/screenshots (and even a video!) showing me where to make the fixes if they weren't able to do it for you. It's rare nowadays to find devs that are willing to make personalized edits to their products for you based on a third party conflict. Some notable features I really like about it is being able to have 2 colour swatches is extremely handy with all the garments and items that have trim colours to them. I also really like the in app custom JS and CSS so you're not having to mess around with template files to do some extra styling if necessary (on top of the in app styling they already provide). Adding and applying the options themselves is very easy and intuitive. Highly recommend this app!

The idea is great but the actual code is whack and the docs are garbage. As in, they don't exist. The hulk apps website links to the wrong docs and the actual docs don't solve the problem. Super disappointing.

This app helps me so much, and I use it for free. game changer for my business. I looked for hours for a solution for my customers to change earrings closures as they want to. I could not offer this option without this app

Great app, works without problems and very easy to set up. The interface is simple and straightforward and it was very easy to get everything working and looking good even in the free version. Might switch to the paid version soon for the extra options.

Well I will say I was a bit intimidated with the app at first. When I contacted support they where very dedicated on getting me going in the right direction. I am very OCD on how I wanted the app to work and look. They took care of all my request in a timely manner. I appreciate the help and really enjoy the new functionality of my store. I highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to add more flexibility to their options capabilities.

This app is great if you have many variants. The only drawback is that there is a noticeable delay when the page loads. The team is always available over Skype to assist and to customize - no waiting for days for an answer. They are quick, friendly and helpful.

I was searching high and low for an app to allow customers to order monograms. Staff was prompt and helpful, app works well (so far, still in testing).

I use this app for my customers to be able to leave text for personalization. I just started setting up my site and couldn’t figure out how to attach the personalization option to specific items. The customer service I received was amazing!!! They sent me a step by step video of how to do exactly what I was needing to do. They even gave me some other suggestions for my shop just to be helpful! And they were super friendly!!

This app does get the job done and is a great value for the price point. The team at Hulk has great customer support. I have very specific features that I need on my product page and Hulk was always willing to help me and go in and fix things. This product options app works well. The biggest reason I chose this product options app over others is because it integrated with their Volume & Tiered Discounts app. I think that the app is easy enough to use but does require more steps to set up the options than other apps I tested. But for the price point this app does provide great value. I like working with Hulk.

I received GREAT support, regarding option sets. Tarik, especially went beyond my expectations. Again great support! Tarik understood very well my questions and answered everything with a very professional and provided clear instructions on how to fix the issues.
