Very helpfull app, many option to inlcude to your products, and a very very good cosumer service, really appreciate your help

I used this app to add prices for embelleshing on products and although I found it difficult to add initially, the support was second to none. Its annoying that you cant use tags to add it to certain products.

I couldn't emphasise enough how helpful the customer service was in solving some issues that kept appearing when installing the application. I rated 4* as I found it a bit hard to install and make it work, but 5* for the support's fast and effective interventions. Happy with the app overall. Thank you.

Good level of customer service, they are very responsive, we had an issue with options at checkout and they fix it.

After testing a number of similar apps, I kept coming back to this one. Customer service is 5 star, I took one star away for the app as little more fine tuning is needed. Everything works perfectly and almost seamlessly. Highly recommend this app.

My site uses this App on almost every transaction. It works great. Always room for improvement so it gets 4 stars. However, the customer service is 5-star! - quick, responsive, understanding and provides solutions or alternatives if at all possible. Deepa helped me and I'm appreciative for 5 - star service!! I give them more that 5 stars rating, their apps are really helpful, and the customer service is more that great, i really like the guy on Skype, he is always online and helps me with all of my things and questions. I needed something from him real quick so i called him without letting him know, and he answered in a couple of seconds and i was able to share screen with him. I am really happy with them, keep it up gentlemen

Fantastic app, integrates perfectly with our website, and plays nice with the dimensional shipping app that we have installed as well! We were looking for an app that only creates customizable cart-level charges, and fees. Very responsive support staff, and willing/able to assist with any issues that come up!

This App is perfect for my store. The user interface is really intuitive (especially for a new user), no need for instructions! It is reliable and does everything it is intended to do. Thank you HulkApps for this awesome product. I'm on the Pro Plan. I have to mention that their customer service and technical support is excellent too. I would highly recommend this App!

I am using this app to add options to my products, like warranty and white glove delivery, so I don't have to make another variant for it, so it won't mess up the inventory and google ads. It works wonders! The best part is that it is free! And the support I got from the developer was amazing! I had problems installing the app, it didn't show up properly on my product pages due to my theme, I reached out to them, and they actually had someone install it for me! And that all was for free!

I'm on the free plan and the supporting team is extremely helpful!! Everything is working very nicely. The best part is it support discount code within the app even though this app uses draft order function to enable add-on prices. Very recommended to anyone new to shopify!

Great product! After comparing many product options APPs, I decided to use this one for my store. I am impressed by the service as well, quick response, and resolved my issue in one hour. Amazing!

I enjoyed how customizable the app allows the user to be. Some of the lingo is a bit unclear, a preview box of the action would be helpful. Although one of our requests took a couple days to get resolved by customer service, they were extremely through and helpful. Thank you!

Perfect Team! デフォルトの設定では自分のサイトではうまく表示されませんでしたが。サポートに連絡するとすぐに開発会社のテクニカル部が対応してくれました。日本円での表示も小数点以下が含まれていたため、小数点以下を非表示にしてもらいました。無料プランでの使用なのにカスタマーサービスは迅速に返事をしてくれて大変良い対応でした。素晴らしいアプリ開発会社だと思います。 The default settings didn't show the option well on my site, though. I contacted support and the technical department of the development company immediately took care of it. The display in Japanese yen also contained a decimal point, so I asked them to hide the decimal point. Even though I was using the free plan, customer service was very good, responding quickly. I think this is a great app development company.

I am very satisfied! At first, I was a bit sceptical since I wasn't able to properly install the app. However, the support team offered immediate help and also quickly responded to follow-up questions I had. And they even have a free plan!
