Great app, works without problems and very easy to set up. The interface is simple and straightforward and it was very easy to get everything working and looking good even in the free version. Might switch to the paid version soon for the extra options.

Well I will say I was a bit intimidated with the app at first. When I contacted support they where very dedicated on getting me going in the right direction. I am very OCD on how I wanted the app to work and look. They took care of all my request in a timely manner. I appreciate the help and really enjoy the new functionality of my store. I highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to add more flexibility to their options capabilities.

This app is great if you have many variants. The only drawback is that there is a noticeable delay when the page loads. The team is always available over Skype to assist and to customize - no waiting for days for an answer. They are quick, friendly and helpful.
Thank you for taking the time to review our app. We are working hard to make our app the best fit for our merchant's businesses. You can always find our support team sitting beside (virtually) in case you're stuck in the middle :)

I was searching high and low for an app to allow customers to order monograms. Staff was prompt and helpful, app works well (so far, still in testing).

I use this app for my customers to be able to leave text for personalization. I just started setting up my site and couldn’t figure out how to attach the personalization option to specific items. The customer service I received was amazing!!! They sent me a step by step video of how to do exactly what I was needing to do. They even gave me some other suggestions for my shop just to be helpful! And they were super friendly!!

This app does get the job done and is a great value for the price point. The team at Hulk has great customer support. I have very specific features that I need on my product page and Hulk was always willing to help me and go in and fix things. This product options app works well. The biggest reason I chose this product options app over others is because it integrated with their Volume & Tiered Discounts app. I think that the app is easy enough to use but does require more steps to set up the options than other apps I tested. But for the price point this app does provide great value. I like working with Hulk.

I received GREAT support, regarding option sets. Tarik, especially went beyond my expectations. Again great support! Tarik understood very well my questions and answered everything with a very professional and provided clear instructions on how to fix the issues.

Great App! We use this app to bundle products with multiple variables. It makes it very easy with a nice look. The customer service is great too in helping to get set up and/or other issues. Would recommend.

I am a 100% newbie, have never even seen "codes" before, let alone know how to edit them or know what they are used for, but THESE PEOPLE!! Are amazing, they helped me at my every request. They did my coding for me, AND MORE! I am so pleased with the service from HulkApps!!! (Once I figured out what I was doing) The app is fairly easy to navigate and set up, even for a newbie ;) Thank you Hulk Team for making this so smooth for me!

I added this app to test product options and intended to upgrade for conditional product options. The interface was straightforward, I had it up and running - but only half of it worked. When I contacted support they were unable to fix it, twice. I have a Shopify Theme, nothing fancy would really have liked what they claimed it could do. It did not do what they claimed. - would not recommend.

Really good app! And great customer service too. The options display nicely on the website too and you can also customise the look.

I needed an app to add more options with the ability to add additional cost for some of the options. I also wanted to be able to swatch my thread colors that would accordion. I did have to provide an example of a store that had what I was asking for because they initially said they couldn't do it. Once they had the example the coding was completed in a very timely manner. In the end it does exactly what I needed.

This app was recommended to me by my website developer. It looked to have everything needed for what I wanted to do with product options. However, their support is awful. Worst support from an app that I have ever experienced. I attempted to contact them on more than one occasion to ask to figure out why my export file comes as a link to a browser instead of an Excel file. They have failed to respond or provide any solution. Now that we were prepared to update all of the products uniformly, which we started a month ago, I will now have to start over and look for another app that will provide me the solutions I am looking for. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this app to anyone.
Apologies for the inconvenience that happened to you. We export files in the .xlsx extension and the default file open software is set to the Web Outlook (browser) instead of the Excel software on your computer. It has nothing to do with our app. Customer satisfaction is our top priority so please give us a chance to prove and make you happy. Thank you! In addition to this explanation we've asked our manager to contact you in hopes of amending the issue you were having.

Just what we needed! After a couple of issues with our theme, they were more than helpful to inspect our issue and fix it quickly! Probably the fastest development/support team we've ever worked with.

very efficient and always on time to help and very professional too, had a few hiccup with the discount code, sent them a message & issue was done before i could even followup with them

App is very useful for adding custom options. We sell spirit wear so giving people the ability to customize and items with names and numbers is great. This app makes it very easy to offer many options and charge for them.

I'm writing this review based solely on the support received with the app, it's installation and it's configuration. We are still in the evaluation period so do not yet know if we will be going ahead - but have great confidence that if we do use the app on our store we will be confident to do so with the extremely high quality of support services available to us from the people at Hulk/apps.
