I needed an app to add more options with the ability to add additional cost for some of the options. I also wanted to be able to swatch my thread colors that would accordion. I did have to provide an example of a store that had what I was asking for because they initially said they couldn't do it. Once they had the example the coding was completed in a very timely manner. In the end it does exactly what I needed.

This app was recommended to me by my website developer. It looked to have everything needed for what I wanted to do with product options. However, their support is awful. Worst support from an app that I have ever experienced. I attempted to contact them on more than one occasion to ask to figure out why my export file comes as a link to a browser instead of an Excel file. They have failed to respond or provide any solution. Now that we were prepared to update all of the products uniformly, which we started a month ago, I will now have to start over and look for another app that will provide me the solutions I am looking for. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this app to anyone.

App is very useful for adding custom options. We sell spirit wear so giving people the ability to customize and items with names and numbers is great. This app makes it very easy to offer many options and charge for them.

I'm writing this review based solely on the support received with the app, it's installation and it's configuration. We are still in the evaluation period so do not yet know if we will be going ahead - but have great confidence that if we do use the app on our store we will be confident to do so with the extremely high quality of support services available to us from the people at Hulk/apps.

Unfortunately - incompatible with LOTS of built-in functions of shopify, like currency convertor. Have been back and forth with customer service for a long time already, they responded quickly but since the app is problematic in itself, this app is really not friendly for shopify users like us.

I have received my first order through customization options from this app a few days ago... I did, however, lose 25$ of revenue from that order because the added options from this app didn't count towards the final price. The problem was in my store cart, buyers could click on the PayPal button for fast checkout, essentially skipping the checkout page. The checkout page is important for this app, however, its where the addon prices get added to the total price. I contacted support and they helped me by editing the HTML code for me and removed that paypal button. Buyers can still pay by paypal, but it takes them one more mouse click, which is fine for me. I need the customizations badly and this app provides just that... You can check it in action at www.outofmarbles.com if you want. Anyways, keep up the good work and I heard there is new feature coming soon where we will be able to have images instead of bullet points :)

This app started off great, with a helpful team and great options. However I spent 3 weeks adding in my options on my store, only to find out the day before my launch that it doesn’t work with other apps. I now have to start again, and delay my launch even though it has been advertised. I recommend checking with all of your apps before you use this one.

The options inside of the app were great however support was not good and product never worked. I payed for the premium installation and they installed the code inside of the head instead of the body which put a error on the front of my homepage. They did not respond to any of my support messages so I just went ahead and deleted the app.

Update- still going strong with Hulk Apps infinite options! Perfect for updating the new layout of my store! The customer service helped with a glitch ( operator error ) with extremely fast response and complete resolution within a few hours! After struggling with design layout for my custom apparel/gift shop where each design is basically personalized.. I was nearly ready to throw in the towel and give up until i found this app! Within a short amount of time, i was creating options, sets, conditions and able to offer infinite amount of options for each product! I have not reopened my shop, as I only added this app last week, but I am set to reopen tomorrow and cannot wait to get customer feedback on their opinion on the easy ordering experience they will have!

This app was what we were looking for when it came to providing our customers with a lot of variations, but not being limited by the Shopify 3 variant limit. The customer support was great and the app provides you with the ability to change the prices based on your variants. Where the app loses a couple of stars is the product selection process to apply your variants to your products, you cannot select by tag (you can search by tag though but still have to select each product individually), you cannot select by collection, and the app will not capture any new products without you adding them manually. If you have a lot of products like we do (100+ of about 10 designs), then you must select each product individually with a scroll down view. Once you reach the end of the scroll bar it loads more products, which if you ended up searching your products by a tag, the tag disappears and then shows every one of your products instead of it being filtered. This is such a pain in the ass to choose the products you want this app to be applied to we almost don't want to use it, but this seems to be the only one available where you can change the prices based on a variant. Once you get your products selected, we found that if you choose close to 50 products at once to import, a server error stops you from moving forward and then you have to start all over because it deletes your options set. If you were able to choose your products by collection rather than one by one, or the app would automatically import products to the list by tag or collection that would be great, but this is where it falls short. It really is a big burden having to select all of our products 20-30 at a time, keep track of where we left off so we don't get the server error for choosing too many products at once then going back into the list to import another 20-30. Update: After having this app for the free trial, I believe that we will continue to use it because of the customer service. The customer service has helped us integrate the app really well into our theme since it's not a free theme. We had so many integration issues with formatting on the checkout page, prices not being adjusted when customizations were chosen, invoices not showing the customization in our packing slips or on the customer end but only showing the base price and product, the discount code box not being available for the customers on the checkout page. This was all fixed in a timely manner even after being incredibly frustrated with the app, but we need that customization with being able to adjust prices. The customer service is really great and that's the only reason we're increasing our rating to 4 stars. We still have an issue with adding products to your option sets not being somewhat automated, which is why we can't give it 5 stars.

This product should really be called Limited Products Options. I would definitely explore other app options before choosing this one.

Wow, I had an issue with my theme, as the app was not installing correctly and I don;'t know code, so I contacted there team, and MY GOD, there support emailing team is WONDERFUL, replied within few hours even during holidays, and they simply had me give there developers limited access and they fixed it right away. Now I'm working so MUCH BETTER in my business and sales and everything is now increase because of this little thing. I really appreciate the speediness and support from you guys, I'm super grateful that even in the FREE VERSION you can get SO MUCH out of this app.

Great app and amazing support. Submitted a request to install this app on my new theme and the Hulk Apps team had it fixed within an hour or my email, with screenshots showing the app was working as intended.

I used this app to help me generate over 200k in revenue from product options within a year and the best part is that it was free! Definitely considering upgrading.
