Infinite Product Options is getting better all the time. The Hulk team is super responsive to constructive feedback and aim to make Infinite Product Options the fastest, most flexible Product Options app on the Shopify market. The ability of to import options through a spreadsheet is incredibly powerful. The customer service from Amit and the rest of the team is superb.

I love this app! I use it since years and I'm super happy with it. Easy to work with. I didn't have any problems since day 1. Today I had a special imagination about the look and handling of the swatches in my shop and hey, Adna did a wonderful job!!! Better than expected! Fast and pefect! Thanks a lot!

We just moved to Shopify, and revamped our entire eCommerce site. Two important features we required were the use of color swatches, and file uploads. Infinite Product Options made these two requirements extremely easy to implement. We had half a dozen enhancements we wanted to see, and they implemented them and turned them around in no time.

We use the app to create a custom product that can be comprised of 5 different flavors with 25 different options. Shopify doesn't allow too many variants per product so we were successfully able to include 125 variants. Support is great and quick at responding to any questions or bugs.

The app functions well on its own, but it does not integrate well with many other apps, which was disappointing. I do find their customer service to be excellent, however. Whenever I have a problem they fix it quickly. July 2025, Iris helped me out in the most efficient and effective manner, great customer service!

Loved this app until it stopped working for my website. My website runs on personalized items, without this feature my products are useless. Can someone please inform me why the app stopped working? My entire store is on pause. update- app is back. i hope this does not happen again.. Update- app stops working every couple of months, thinking of switching to a new app if this occurs again

Excellent application. You can do almost anything with it on the shop. The support is very efficient and also very reactive. They were even kind enough to make the modifications I needed on my shop themselves. For all this I highly recommend.

App does what it says it is going to do and very well at that! Easy to implement/use. Saved the day when it came to adding options/variables/conditions, etc. Paid tier is worth it even though the free tier provides so much value. Highly recommend!

It's Great App,and it helps me so much.I am a seller focusing on sportswear customization. In order to customize product option, I found a lot of apps, but most of them are not supported or require more money. Fortunately, I found this app"Infinite Product Options", which meets most of my needs, and the most important thing is that it can add product custom prices to the shopping cart. I encountered some trouble during the process of setting up the app, and their staff responded quickly. Very fast, and to solve my problem, thank them again.Eric

You get so much for a free app, literally I don't feel at all restricted or compromised in what the free options give you. I used this app to add boxes to collect text from customers to be engraved on their purchases. Works really well and the bits I struggled to do were quickly fixed with an email to ask for support. When I asked how I could do something, they did it for me and were very quick to respond too! Love it!

Seeing how the team has been unresponsive for 2 DAYS with my urgent enquiry (problem which has caused customer complaints during 11.11 promo period), I have to write this here to warn anyone who needs to use this and needs discount code usage at checkout. Hulk product option app is creating a line item in draft order when a customer orders with an add-on option that requires TOP-up in money on TOP of original product price. For example in my case, it was name personalisation add-on function by Hulk Product Option app. This causes discount code field to not appear and cannot be applied at checkout page, though at cart page it seems ok. Customers have complained that discount code is not applied , creating frustrations at checkout. If Hulk team remains silent, then there is no choice but this app can’t be used for an ecommerce store that requires discount codes, which is actually a BASIC feature that is needed. We may have to seek alternatives. Initially the experience with them was great when I first on-boarded . They responded quickly and advised how to use to get it setup. Unfortunately in times of problems like this, they have gone silent

Worst experience ever. This was a disaster!!!! After their developer changed the code, Shopify options stopped working and our customers couldn't choose the size! It happened our weekends sale and we lost all of the sales opportunities and advertising fee. They responded back like 4 days later and telling me "our firm was closed due to the Diwali Festival and that's the reason why we wasn't able to get back to you on time. " WOW! I ended up hiring another developer to fix this issue due to this stupid free app. I talked to several experts and they all say this app caused the problem but Hulk app never admit it and keep saying it's because of the theme. Awful. This free app is NOT worthy.

Rubbish. The added costs don't even work, and the fields which are marked as required aren't really required. I tried myself and the extra prices for certain variants don't add on, and I can check out with out even filling in the required fields. Big no.
